About 4 oz Spreadable Herb Cheese (more or less to your liking)
2 Shallots, Sliced

Grilled Hawaiian Barbecue Pizza:
1pizza dough
1/2 peeled and cored pineapple
I bunch scallions finely chopped
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tomato, diced
1c shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 c shredded muenster cheese
1/4 pound deli ham
MACROS: Calories 549, Fat: 25, Carbs 65, Protein 24
GRILLED GARDEN PIZZA:
1 pizza crust
1/4c minced garlic
1c baby spinach
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 c julienned red onion
1/4c basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
6 oz fresh mozzarella

Few foods take us to nostalgia land like Chicago pub style thin crust pizza. Flaky, crisp crust, mozz, greasy-crunchy pepperonis? Yes plz. You don't need to be sold on pizza though because as we've all learned by now, pizza is dope. In this video, Brian gets into the weeds on what makes his thin crust pizza recipe even better than the pies he grew up eating and how you can make it at home.

||INGREDIENTS||
FOR THE CRUST
330g or 2.5 C. AP FLOUR
4g or 1.5 tsp YEAST
6g or 1 tsp SALT
170g or 2/3c WATER
30g or about 2 TBPS BUTTER
(or for a gluten free version, we recommend following the America's Test Kitchen's Best Gluten Free Pizza dough recipe
FOR THE SAUCE ( you may want to make a 2X if you like it saucy)
1 8OZ can TOMATO SAUCE
40g or 2.5 TBPS TOMATO PASTE
1/2g or strong pinch OREGANO dry
5g SALT
10g SUGAR
STIR OR PUREE TO COMBINE

COOK WITH ME // Balsamic Mushroom & Goat Cheese Pizza
I know this looks like an odd combination for a pizza, but it is so good!
You can also make your dough and balsamic glaze from scratch, but I wanted this to be easy. Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust is just as good, this is my first time using Publix pizza dough. I had to let the dough sit out for an hour before rolling it out. Who has time for that?
Balsamic Mushroom & Goat Cheese Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound pizza dough
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic minced
2 yellow squash, thinly sliced (I used about 1 1/2)
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 ounces goat cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Balsamic Glaze
flour
garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook bacon as you normally do. I bake it at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let it cool on paper towels, crumble and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil shimmers, add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add the butter and garlic, cook 1 minute.
On a lightly floured surface, push/roll the dough out until it is very thin. Transfer the dough to non-stick baking sheet.
Brush 2 Tbsp olive oil across surface of dough, sprinkle with garlic salt. (I should have done this before baking crust in the video.)
Bake crust 5 minutes. (This may vary depending on the dough you choose.)
Layer the squash rounds in an even layer. Add the cooked bacon and mushrooms. Sprinkle over the parmesan and goat cheese.
Transfer to the oven and bake 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden. Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice and serve!

●1 large thin prepared pizza crust (like Boboli)
●1 teaspoon olive oil
●3 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
●1 1/2 cups peeled and sliced eggplants , in pieces about 1/4 inch thick
●2 cups thinly-sliced mushrooms
●1 1/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
●salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
●red pepper flakes , for garnish
