1 c Chunky Applesauce; Unsweeten
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Raisins
4 ts Lemon Juice
1 tb Tarragon Vinegar
2 tb Dark Brown Sugar
1 1/4 ts Curry Powder
1 ts Celery Salt
Mix the applesauce and hone, blending well, and add the rains. Blend in the lemon juice and vinegar, mixing well. Add all of the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Pound Cake Cubes, Dried Fruit, Steak, Apricots, Melon, Italian Bread Chunks, Croutons

Don’t buy Jaggery from marketplace | Make at home with fresh sugarcane juice
Hi.., A heartiest Welcome to my Channel Shreyas Recipe
My name is Shreya and today, I shared this video of making jaggery (gud) at home from fresh sugarcane juice. Basically, jaggery found at marketplace are full of impurities, chemicals and dirt which implies that professional jaggery is harmful for health. Besides these, it's also not fresh and hygenic. Therefore, making jaggery at home with fresh sugarcane juice is far better and extremely beneficial.
Many uses baking soda in the process. But i have made these jaggery blocks with only 1 ingredient that's sugarcane juice.
It's better to collect sugarcane from farms but the juice found easily at any juice corner is also preferable. Please make sure the juice is extracted fresh because stored ones tastes sour and it's use to make jaggery is not recommended as it's causes harm to health.
The use of plastic mould is not advisable. Try to use iron mould instead or some other mould.

Ingredients:
3 red bell peppers
½ cup walnuts
1 onion
2 or 3 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup thick yogurt/Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon sumac
EVOO to drizzle on top
Method of preparation:
-Roast the bell peppers on open flame and set aside to cool down.
-Peel off the blackened skin and then roughly chop, removing inside pits.
-Roughly chop and place in a mixer with walnuts, roughly chopped onions and garlic.
Crush down until smooth.
-Stir the mixture with Greek yogurt, salt, sumac.
-Garnish with some parsley/sumac/walnuts.
