How To make Dirty Rice with Shrimp
1/2 lb Raw rice, long grain
1/8 c Shortening
1 Bunch green onions,fine chop
1 lb Shrimp, chopped
Butter 1 lb Red onions, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/4 Pod red pepper, chopped
3/16 Bunch parsley, chopped fine
Water Cook rice until almost done. Saute onions in shortening, add shrimp and cook until brown. Add garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, red pepper and water. Pour over rice. When water is absorbed, place in large baking dish and dot with butter. Brown at 350 F. about 15 minutes.

1 lbs Large Shrimp
1 lbs Ground Pork
3 cups Chicken Stock
1 1/2 cup Long Grain Rice (brown or white)
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
1 Bay Leaf
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Onion Chopped (medium)
1 Bell Pepper (green or red)
2 ribs of Celery
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Garlic
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

JAMBALAYA
Spice mix:
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoon salt
* 1tablespoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper/chili pepper
Meats
* 2 chicken breasts (season with 1 teaspoon spice mix)
* ½ pounds shrimp (season with 1 teaspoon spice mix)
* 4 medium hot dogs or sausages(I used chicken hotdogs)
Veggies
* 1 small onions
* 3 garlic cloves
* 4 tomatoes
* 1 hot chili pepper
* 1 small red bell pepper
* 110g tomato paste
* 5 spring onions
* 3 ½ cup raw rice (long grain)
* 2 cups chicken stock
* 2 cups water
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon thyme
* 1 tablespoon spice mix
* 1 chicken seasoning cube

Desired amount of seafood of choice:
Crab meat, 1/4 lb shrimp ( peeled and deveined ).. crawfish tails ( meat removed ) .. scallops, sausage is also good with this !
1/2 Cup bell pepper and onion mix or more to taste
1/4 celery ( chopped or frozen)
2 bay leaves ( optional )
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs butter
3 tbs cooking oil
1/ 1/2 cup jasmine rice ( or cauliflower rice to make this keto)
1 cup white wine ( doesn't matter as long as its not sweet)
3 cups stock of choice ( beef stock, chicken stock etc )
seasoning mix: ( Combine all ingredients in a bowl )
This is is also to taste *
1 tsp salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning
1 -2 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tbs paprika
1-2 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs chicken boullion powder or accent

Spice up dinner with this cajun dirty rice that feeds big appetites without a high-calorie count. This whole grain recipe is full of fiber, protein, and low in sodium!
Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet white onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 lb. 96% lean ground beef
2 cups steamed whole grain brown rice
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
4 oz. medium peeled/deveined shrimp thawed
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
How to make it ????????
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add green pepper, onion, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add ground beef and use a spatula to break up into small crumbles. Cook 5 minutes longer uncovered.
Stir in brown rice and use a spatula to break up any large pieces. Stir in chicken broth, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning. Cover and cook for 6–7 minutes longer, until shrimp is fully heated through.
Divide Cajun rice between 4 meal prep containers.
