How To make Deluxe Chocolate Chunk Walnut Cookies
3/4 c Unsalted butter
; (6 ozs) at room Temperature 1/4 c Shortening; (2 ozs)
1 1/2 c Light or dark brown sugar
; firmly packed 1/8 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 Egg; lightly beaten
2 c All-purpose flour*
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Walnut (or pecan) pieces
2 c Swiss semisweet chocolate
; in small chunks 1 c Milk-chocolate chunks; large
Recipe by: The Washington Post 10/30/96 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Cream the butter and shortening with the sugar and salt until light and well blended. Stir in the vanilla and egg. Stir in the flour and baking soda and mix well. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chunks. Form into generous tablespoons of batter and drop onto the lined baking sheet, pressing down slightly on the dough, about 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden in color and browned at the edges. (Makes about 2 1/2 dozen).
* NOTE: For a more tender, crisper, more buttery cookie, reduce flour to 1 3/4 cups.

Bang Cookies, a small New Jersey cookie business, began selling its giant organic cookies at New Jersey farmers markets, where it drew people in for its NSFW original name, Bang Me Cookies. Ever since selling out the first day, customers have lined up for a taste of its all-natural, organic cookies, made with ingredients from around the world. The shop started out selling 500 cookies a day in 2016. Now, they bake more than 20,000 cookies a month. Among the best sellers are sea salt chocolate chunk and s'mores. To make the cookies:
Take 1 cup packed brown sugar (go ahead and use white)
½ cup melted butter
wangjangle those things together until the sugar is melted
then add 1 egg and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and rewangjangle
sift together 1.5 cups all purpose flour (note that when you scoop your measuring cup from the bag you pack the flour...instead, spoon it into your measuring cup or you'll end up with too much flour)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Add it to the wet stuff and combine it until it’s a smooth dough
then put globs or relationship shaped onto a pan
and bake in your undoh which you already preheated to 375
for around 10 minutes or a bit longer maybe
and then good luck with your break up
