half cup red currant 1 3/4 flour 3/4 sugar 1/3 tsp salt 2 tsp baking powder half cup milk 1 egg 6 tsp oil 7 g vanilla sugar 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
preheat the oven at 200c
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 c then, reduce the temperature to 180 c and bake again for 10 minutes
total baking is 20 minutes
