How To make Crunch Cereal
3 c Rolled oats, quick-cooking
1 c Unsweetened wheat germ
1/2 c Coconut, flaked
-OR- shelled sunflower seeds 1 c Nuts, coarsely chopped
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Honey
2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 2275 F (very slow). Mix rolled oats, wheat germ, coconut or sunflower seeds, nuts, and raisins in a large bowl. Mix oil, honey, and vanilla. Pour over rolled oat mixture. Stir lightly until evenly mixed. Spread mixture on a 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan. Bake 1 hour, stirring each 15 minutes. Cool. Break up any large lumps. Store in an airtight container. Ingredients for making cinnamon toast crunch cereal at home:
4 Slices of white bread
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Milk
Instructions for making cinnamon toast crunch cereal at home:
- First cut up your bread slices into small squares
- Add the bread squares into your frying pan and crisp them just a bit
- Now in a new pan, add in your sugar
- Then add in your water
- Followed by your butter
- And now add your milk
- This will form a caramel type sauce
- Pour your sauce over your crisped bread squares
- Mix everything together thoroughly
- Now lay down a piece of parchment paper
- Add your bread squares on it
- Now sift on your cinnamon
- Also sift on your powdered sugar
- Fold the parchment paper onto itself and mix everything inside of it, like in the video
- Add them to a bowl, pour in your milk and your homemade cinnamon toast crunch is ready to eat!

Keto Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
Looking for a healthy alternative to your breakfast cereal? This deliciously crispy cinnamon toast crunch is low-carb, keto & paleo!

Ingredients (makes 6 servings):
Dough:
1 ½ cups almond flour (150 g/ 5.3 oz)
4 tbsp flaxmeal (28 g/ 1 oz)
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup granulated Erythritol or Swerve (67 g/ 2.4 oz)
½ tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
¼ cup melted butter or ghee or virgin coconut oil (60 ml)
1 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
3 tbsp water (45 ml)
Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter or ghee, divided (30 ml)
1-2 tsp cinnamon, divided
1-2 tbsp granulated Erythritol or Swerve, divided
Serve with: unsweetened almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk
Note: To crisp them up, I baked them for 20 minutes, 150 C/ 300 F (fan assisted). If you use conventional oven, you will need to add 20 C (so bake at 170 C/ 340 F).
