Unglaublich leckeres und einfaches Abendessen. Ich werde diesen Auflauf definitiv jedes Wochenende für meine Lieben machen! Dieser Gemüseauflauf ist ganz einfach und schnell zubereitet. Brokkoli und Blumenkohl sind sehr zart und weich. Das ist ein sehr leckerer Auflauf. Gebratenes Gemüse ist eine sehr gesunde und einfache Mahlzeit. Kochen Sie also Gemüse und ein köstliches Abendessen wird Ihnen gefallen. Das Rezept für ein duftendes und leckeres Abendessen für die ganze Familie. Ich habe Brokkoli mit Blumenkohl noch nie so lecker gegessen. Leckeres Auflaufrezept.

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
Kartoffeln 800 gr.
1 Blumenkohl.
1 Brokkoli.
Salz 1 Esslöffel.
Zum Kochen bringen und 2 Minuten kochen.
Olivenöl.
Gemüse ist fertig.
1 Birne.
Olivenöl.
Frittieren bis sie goldbraun sind!
1 Karotte.
Salz.
Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Butter.
Mehl 3 Esslöffel.
Bei schwacher Hitze kochen.
Gemüse- oder Hühnerbrühe 500 ml. / 2 Tassen.
Milch 100 ml. / 1/2 Tasse.
Salz.
Basilikum.
Französische Kräuter.
Noch 2 Minuten kochen.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1/2 Tasse.
Im Ofen bei 180°C (350°F) 15 Minuten backen.
Das Aroma ist unglaublich!

Creamy Vegetable Casserole Recipe - Easy Casserole Recipe
Quick and easy to cook Creamy Vegetable Casserole. A perfect one pot dish with loads of vegetables.
Ingredients -
• Blanched Broccoli
• Mushroom
• Onion
• Red Pepper
• Green Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Black Pepper Powder
• Chili flakes
• French bread
• 8 small or 4 large Eggs
• 1/2 cup Milk
• Green Chili paste
• Cilantro
• Coriander leaves
• Pizza sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
Method -
• Take a baking tray. Arrange blanched broccoli, mushroom,
onion, red and green pepper, garlic powder, black pepper powder,
chilli flakes.
• Add roughly broken French bread pieces in between.
• Take another bowl. Break eggs and add milk. Blend the
mixture until it foams up.
• Add green chilli paste, black pepper powder, cilantro, coriander
leaves. Mix well.
• Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese on the vegetables in the
tray.
• Pour the egg and milk mixture over the vegetables.
• Bake in the microwave on 350 degree F or 180 degree C for 30
minutes.
• After 30 minutes, remove the tray from microwave and creamy
vegetables are ready.

Ingredients:
cauliflower flower - 1 flower
peas - 1/2 cup
1 tsp oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic grated
1/2 no carrot finely chopped
4-5 mushrooms chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup warm milk
1 bay leaf
2 no cloves
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
cook the cauliflower and peas in water until almost done.
drain the excess water.
heat oil and add chopped onions, grated garlic and fry for few seconds.
add carrots, mushrooms, and fry for few minutes.
lastly, add cauliflower, peas, salt, pepper, and mix everything together.
in another pan, let's make the white sauce.
melt butter, add flour, and cook until combined. make sure not to burn the flour
keep warm milk handy and add immediately once flour and butter is combined.
mix without lumps,
add bay leaf and cloves to it, and cook until creamy. add salt (optional)
pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix well.
lastly, add some mozzarella cheese and mix once.
transfer to a bowl and top it with chilli flakes, cheese and bake it for 5-10 minutes or until the top layer is slightly brown.
serve hot

Ingredients:
400 g (14 oz) dried pasta shapes (I used rigatoni)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large red onion peeled and chopped into wedges
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and chopped into large chunks
1 yellow bell pepper de-seeded and chopped into large chunks
1 courgette (zucchini) chopped
pinch of salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1 tbsp tomato puree
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
2x 400 g (14 oz) tinned chopped tomatoes
120 ml (1/2 cup) double (heavy) cream
100 g (3 packed cups) fresh baby spinach
100 g (1 packed cup) strong cheddar cheese grated
100 g (1 packed cup) mozzarella grated
Small bunch parsley roughly torn
