Today I'm going to show you how to make cream cheese pancakes.

These oatmeal pancakes are made with only 4 ingredients (100% natural), and are so fluffy and light.
Here's what you'll learn in today's video:
First, I'll show you how to make the simple pancake batter, using no blender.
Next, you'll see how to cook the pancakes in different sizes - small, medium and large (which by the way can be used like tortillas).
These light breakfast pancakes can be served sweet or savory.

CREAM CHEESE PANCAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 ground oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
For topping (optional):
honey
maple syrup
fresh berries
fried bacon and eggs
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat eggs then whisk in the cream cheese.
In the same bowl, add ground oats and baking powder. Mix until combined into a creamy batter.
Heat your skillet over medium-low heat and melt teaspoon of coconut oil or butter. For each pancake, spoon the 1/8 cup mixture into the skillet.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side, gently flip the pancake, and cook for 1 minute more.
Serve the pancakes with honey or maple syrup, or top with your favorite fruit jam.
If you want to have savory pancakes, serve with two slices of fried bacon and top with a fried egg.

Cream Cheese Pancakes
Serves: 3
Serving size:
Total time: 25 mins
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 1/3 cup almond milk
Unsalted butter to cook pancakes
4 oz. cream cheese cut in small thin pieces
In small bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder until well combined. Make well in center and pour in butter and milk. Mix until just combined. Heat Daily Universal Fry Pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter. In batches, use Medium Portioning Scoop to add batter to frypan to cook three pancakes at a time. Add pieces of cream cheese to each pancake and let cook until bubbles form on top then flip to cook other side. Repeat process with remaining batter. Serve warm with maple syrup and toppings of choice. Enjoy!

Syrniki (Russian cheese pancakes) are my favorite pancakes. These pancakes are light, soft, high protein and they don’t contain much flour. Syrniki usually served with sour cream and fruit jam and they are perfect for breakfast.

Makes 9-10 pancakes
Ingredients:
700g Farmers Cheese (tvorog cheese), drained
1 Egg + 1 egg yolk
1/4 cup (50g) Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/3 cup (42g) All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Raisins (optional)
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons oil
Sour cream for serving
Jam for serving
Directions:
1. Using a fine mesh sieve or a cheesecloth, squeeze as mush liquids as possible out the cheese. Transfer to a large bowl.
2. Add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and mix until combined and smooth.
3. Add flour and raisins and stir and combined (do not over mix).
4. Scoop out a portion of the batter, coat with flour and shape into 3/4-inch (1.5cm) thick patty. Coat the outside in flour as needed to prevent sticking.
5. Heat a large pan/skillet over medium heat, add butter/oil.
6. Fry syrniki over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
7. Serve with sour cream and jelly/jam.
