How To make Crab Meat Alma
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 Sm bunch chopped green onion
1/2 c Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c Celery, finely chopped
1 cn (small) mushrooms, drained
3 T Flour
2 c Light cream
2 c Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c Sherry or vermouth, dry
Cayenne pepper Salt, to taste 1 lb White crab meat (or shrimp)
Melt butter in heavy saucepot. Saute vegetables until soft. Blend in flour and add cream. Heat until thickened. Add cheese and heat until it has melted. Add wine, cayenne pepper, and salt. Fold in crab meat or shrimp. Heat gently for 8 to 10 minutes Serve with french bread or in patty shells "Alma is a good cook and also a fine, good friend, who has a terrific sense of humor, I garontee!" These delicious crab cakes are perfect for summer grilling! Here’s the recipe:
It’s summer, and that means time to bust out the grill! The best thing about this super easy crab cakes recipe is that you can make them on the grill or stovetop! These flavorful crab cakes are perfect for summer.
This crab cakes recipe is pretty classic. I added a touch of heat by adding my favorite hot sauce in the mix, but that is totally optional! 0:07 - Find this recipe at iheartrecipes.com!
0:24 - For this recipe, I’m using canned crab meat, but fresh is fine.
0:36 - Dice the bread.
0:40 - Use fresh or frozen onions and peppers.
0:45 - Empty the crab meat into a bowl.
0:48 - Add the onions and peppers.
0:53 - Pour in lemon juice.
0:57 - Sprinkle in Old Bay Seasoning.
1:01 - Add the bread cubes.
1:05 - Add two eggs.
1:09 - Mix all of the ingredients well.
1:14 - Add a dollop of mayo.
1:19 - Squeeze in yellow mustard.
1:23 - Drizzle in your favorite hot sauce.
1:27 - Mix well.
1:36 - Form the mixture into patties.
1:45 - Oil the griddle.
1:53 - Coat the griddle well.
2:02 - Place the crab cakes on the griddle.
2:10 - These crab cakes can be made on your stovetop as well.
2:17 - Flip the patties after about 3 to 5 minutes.
2:32 - Place the cooked patties onto a plate and serve.

The Best Seafood Crab Boil Recipe
Ingredients For the Pot:
•1 stick unsalted butter
•Crab boil seasoning
•Carolina Cooker Seafood Boil (carolinacooker.com)
•Old Bay Seasoning Hot
•Lemon pepper
Using a LARGE POT put in all ingredients listed above...use you on measurements.
ADD: washed and clean:
•SMALL RED AND WHITE POTOES
•1 LARGE ONION
•4 CORN ON THE COB, cut in quarters
When your WHOLE POTATOES are folk tender, remove everything from the pot into a LARGE PAN.
ADD: TO THE POT
•3 packs SMOKED SAUSAGES
•12 EGGS
REMOVE WHEN THE EGGS ARE READY.
ADD: TO THE POT CLEANED AND WASHED
•2 BOXES crablegs from SAM'S CLUB
COOK FOR 15 MINS.
REMOVE TO LARGE TRAY AND SERVE WITH CRAB SAUCE, add some CRAB BOIL BROTH to the pan as well.
