How To make Cowboy Beans
1/2 lb Dried Pinto Beans
1/2 c Chopped Smoked Ham
1 c Chopped Onion
8 oz Can Passata (sieved tinned
-tomatoes) 4 oz Can diced Green Chillies
1/4 c Packed Brown Sugar
1 t Chilli Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
Rinse beans. In a large saucepan combine beans and 4 cups water. Bring to the boil; reduce heat, simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 1
hour. (or, skip boiling the water and soak beans overnight.) drain and rinse beans. In the same pan combine beans and 4 cups fresh water. Bring to the boil; reduce heat. cover and simmer for about 75 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. drain beans, reserving liquid. In a 2-pint casserole, combine beans, ham and onion. stir together half a cup of the bean liquid, passata, chilli peppers, brown sugar, chilli powder, salt and mustard. Stir into bean mixture, bake, covered, in a 160C/325F/Gas Mark 3 oven for about an hour. Uncover and bake for about 45 minutes or more to desired consistency. Source: Sunday Mirror Magazine

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
½ pound bacon chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 jalapeno peppers chopped (or use a bell pepper for a milder version)
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 pound ground beef 80-20
¼ cup bbq sauce use your favorite
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 16-ounce cans kidney beans (drained)
1 16-ounce can butter beans (drained)
1 16-ounce can pork and beans
Hot sauce to taste
FOR SERVING: Shredded cheese if desired

Cowboy Baked Beans!
Thank y’all for stopping by! Don’t you hate it when someone serves you beans right our of the can?! Now I’m not against canned at all, but you got to give them a little more love to make it good. We’re showing you our recipe for cowboy baked beans using chili beans and pork and beans for the base along with some chipotle peppers to spice it up. Stick around for this classic baked bean recipe.

Cowboy Baked Beans
Makes about 10- 12 servings.
6 slices, thick cut bacon
1 (26 oz) can Ranch Style or Chili Beans
1 (28 oz) can Pork ‘n Beans
1 (7 oz.) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 – 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
1 ½ - 2 cups light brown sugar
1/2-1 cup BBQ sauce
1. Cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces. Add to a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until about ¾ done. Set aside.
2. Using a colander, drain the juices from the beans. Add to a 12-inch Dutch oven.
3. Stir in the chipotle peppers, to taste. Stir in the onion, mustard and brown sugar and BBQ. Adjust taste, if needed.
4. Cook over coals until the mixture reaches a boil, let simmer a few additional minutes and the mixture thickens just slightly. Serve warm with a slotted spoon.
Note: If cooking in the house use an 11x13-inch casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees F. for about 30 – 40 minutes.

Cowboy Beans
1lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3/4 green pepper chopped
1 kielbasa sausage sliced
1 3 lb container of original baked beans
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
4 bacon slices
Brown hamburger with onions and peppers. Drain grease. add in kielbasa. Add baked beans, ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. pour into 9×13 pan. lay bacon slices on top. cover with tin foil. bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. remove tinfoil and bake 20 more minutes or until bacon has cooked.

COWBOY BAKED BEANS with Beef, Bacon and Sausage????????
You have Got to try these DELICIOUS Cowboy Baked Beans with Beef, Bacon and Sausage. It is sure to Please the pickiest eater in your Family!
Let me be your Tupperware Man????
RECIPE~((Recipe can be halved))
1 lb. 90/10 ground Beef
1 lb. Smoked bacon
1 lb. Smoked Sausage
1 large White Onion, Chopped
2~53oz. Pork and Beans
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup brown Sugar
1/4 cup Molasses
1 tbs. yellow Mustard
3 crushed Garlic Cloves
Fry bacon until Crispy and set aside.
Pour half of the bacon drippings in another container for another day.
Put the large chopped white onion in remaining bacon drippings and fry for about a minute. Place the beef in with the onions and fry stirring Beef into the onions. When about 90% of the red is gone in the Beef add the Smoked Sausage. Stir in well for about a minute or two. Add 2~53 oz cans of Pork and Beans. Stir All together well. Add the rest of the ingredients, Stir well, and let it simmer for 1 hour on a low flame on the grill or Place in the oven @ 350° for 1 hour. ENJOY!!
