How To make Country Pork and Noodles
1 pound roasted pork tenderloin
diced (about 2 cups)
4 cups chicken stock :
divided
2 tablespoons cornstarch
7 ounces dry egg noodles
1/2 red bell pepper -- diced
3/4 cup frozen peas (about 4 ounces)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons butter
In small bowl stir together 1/4 cup stock and cornstarch, set aside. In 4-quart saucepan, bring remaining stock to a boil; add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in bell pepper, peas and black pepper. When noodles are soft, stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook and stir until slightly thickened; stir in pork and butter. Heat through.

BEEF AND NOODLES | Easy Crockpot Recipe
Beef and noodles recipe perfect when you're on the go. Simply throw it in the crockpot and go about your business. Seasoned slow cooked beef stew meat in the crockpot with butter and added to wide Pappardelle egg noodles. An easy tender beef and pasta crockpot recipe that needs only 4 ingredients.
Shopping List:
1.5 to 2 lbs. beef stew meat
Non-stick spray
1 cup beef broth or stock
Kosher salt and course black pepper to taste
1 stick salted butter
8 ounces Pappardelle egg noodles, or regular egg noodles, if you prefer
1/4 cup Kosher salt for the pasta water (if using table salt, use 1/2 that much)
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray and add the stew meat, beef stock, salt, pepper and butter.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil then add the pasta water salt. When the water returns to a rapid boil, add the noodles and cook per package instructions. Drain. DO NOT RINSE!
Add cooked noodles to crockpot and stir in with the beef. If you want a thicker sauce, add 1 tbsp. cornstarch to 2 tbsps. water and add to the beef during the last 15 minutes before adding the noodles.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Simple and easy pork noodles recipe.
Now who doesn't love pork. Everyone does, except of course them vegans and other foodies who might be allergic to it but nevertheless everyone does(we won't accept anyone not liking pork). So, there are a number of ways the deliciousness and richness of pork could be salvaged. I just came up with one of the easiest way to devour it. In our country(India) Roti and Rice rule supreme. Sometimes it becomes necessary that we change our everyday meal and try something refreshing. This recipe here could then come in handy. It is so simple to make any beginner could accomplish it. You just follow our instructions and don't worry the dish would turn out fine.

Ingredients
For the Pork
1/2 lb ground pork, beef, chicken or crumbled tofu
1 tbsp chopped garlic (approximately 3 cloves garlic)
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp shaoxing wine, dry sherry or rice wine
pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 oz Chinese preserved mustard green, chopped (You can omit this or substitute with any pickled mustard green or kimchi - after washing)
For the Sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic (approximately 2 cloves garlic)
2 tbsp tahini (preferred made with toasted sesame seeds) or peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp chili oil with chili flakes
1 to 3 tsp toasted and grinned Sichuan peppercorns *
1/2 tbsp sugar
For Assemble
2 portions fresh egg noodles or spaghetti
handful of yu choy, bok choy, napa cabbage or any green leafy vegetables
3 Tbsp sauce (approximately half of the sauce)
1/4 cup hot chicken or veggie broth
green onion chopped
crushed peanuts or sesame seeds for garnish
