How To make Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies
1/2 cup Butter or margarine -- softene
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
16 large Marshmallows
***icing*** 6 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 cup Milk
1 3/4 cups Confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg, milk and vnailla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; beat into creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350~ for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, cut marshamllows in half. Press a marshmallow half, cut side down, onto each cookie. Return to the oven for 2 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. For icing, combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan . Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool slightly; transfer to a small mixing bowl. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat well. Spread over the cooled cookies. Top each with a pecan half.

1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 egg
tsp vanilla
1/4 cup 18% cream
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup flour
Marshmallow topping
1 package galetin
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp tenderflake
Prepare dough and refrigerate half an hour, make little dough balls and press down gently with your hand! preheat oven to 385 F and bake cookies until golden brown , about 10 minutes! let the cookies cool!
Prepare the filling,
mix 1 package galetin with the 1/4 cup cold water and let sit for 5 min. mix the 1/3 cup sugar with the 1/4 cup of water and bring to a boil add a small amount of the hot mixture to the cold mixture and stir, then add all of it to a big bowl and add the vanilla, whip with a mixer for 4 to 5 minutes, scoop unto cookies and put cookies in the freezer for half an hour Dip in chocolate!

강력분과 중력분 2가지 밀가루를 사용하고 설탕도 흑설탕과 갈색설탕을 섞어 넣었더니 바삭하면서도 쫀득한 느낌이 나더라구요~~
마시멜로우를 쿠키에 넣을땐 꼭 얼려 넣어야 구웠을때 다 녹아 스미지 않고 마시멜로우의 느낌이 살아 있는 것 같아요~
많이 퍼지는 쿠키는 아니라서 살짝 눌러 모양을 잡아 구워야 예쁜 모양으로 구워지더라구요~
마시멜로우를 넣어서 굽고 따뜻할때 먹어도 맛있답니다~*^^*

무염버터 100g
흑설탕 80g
갈색설탕 50g
달걀 1개
바닐라익스트랙 2g
강력분 120g
중력분 80g
베이킹소다 2g
소금 1g
다크 초콜릿 80g

▶레시피
1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 흑설탕과 갈색설탕을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 강력분, 중력분, 베이킹소다, 소금을 체 쳐 넣고 날가루가 보이지 않도록 가볍게 섞는다.
3. 다크 초콜릿을 작게 잘라 반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 랩을 씌워 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 휴지 시킨다.
4. 휴지 시킨 반죽을 30g씩 나누고 넓게 펴 얼린 마시멜로우를 가운데 넣고 반죽으로 감싼다.
5. 반죽을 오븐팬에 올려 살짝 눌러 동그랗게 모양을 잡고 180도 (190도 20분 예열) 오븐에서 10~12분 정도 굽는다.
