Ingredients 10 pound ground chuck 1 cup hot chili powder 1 cup chili powder (mild) 3/4 cup paprika 1/2 cup cumin 1/4 cup garlic powder 1/4 cup salt 1/8 cup red pepper, crushed 1 pound suet 3 qt water 1/4 cup sugar
Directions: Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat. Add water after it cooks 2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving add sugar. Cook 3 hours total. Stir occasionally. Good with raw chopped onion on top.
