Green Banana Flour Pancakes
A simple recipe for pancakes using green banana flour.
Ingredients:
1 cup green banana flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
tsp oil
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Combine the wet ingredients then mix the two together.
Whisk to make sure there are no lumps.
Cook in frying pan/griddle on medium-low heat until bubbles appear, then flip.
Cook for another 30 seconds and wham you've got green banana pancakes.
Serve with fruit, male syrup or whatever toppings you would like.

Today, I’m gonna share this, Banana Bread made from Green Banana Flour!
《cooking time》approximately 60mins
《For 10 slices, You will need》
1 TSP=5ml ,1TBSP=15ml , 1CUP=200ml
1 Cup of Green Banana Flour (macro)
2 TSP Baking powder (McKenzie's)
an Egg
100ml Milk(Woolworth)
1 TBSP Margarine
6 TBSP Sugar
3 Ripe Banana
1TBS Lemon Juice(Woolworth)
《Method》
1. Preheat oven to 180°
2. Sift green banana flour and baking powder
3. Mash banans and add 1TBSP Lemon Juice
4. Put milk, sugar, margarine and egg into bowl, then mix
5. Add mashed banana a d mix
6. Add sifted green banana flour & baking powder into bowl
7. Mix it with spatula
8. bake in oven for 40mins or until cooked , at 180°
9. Slice the banana bread and enjoy!

Testing Resistant Starch - Green Banana Flour
In all of my previous resistant starch testing videos, the most common request I've received is to test green banana flour, so here it is...
It is the most scientifically controlled video so far and utilizes a continuous glucose monitor along with the Levels monitoring program. That said, you should not expect a full blown research study level of science out of this.
Before you comment about heating/cooling/reheating of resistant starch, there are a number of articles (and a BBC documentary I watched) that claim that heating and/or reheating a resistant starch doesn't not change its resistance. The BBC document actually even claimed that reheating improved the resistance (that's the last linked article). That doesn't seem to be the case in my experiments. Regardless, here are some articles:

How to make Crispy Fried Banana !
Crispy Fried Banana
Ingredients
150g self raising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Wheaten cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
220ml Cold water
500g Banana
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients except banana and mix them well. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the banana into thin sliced pieces or according to your preference.
3. Dip the Banana slices into the mixture before frying.
4. Fry on medium high heat until cooked.
5. Your dish is ready to be served !
