Cheesy Hash Brown Cups | Grab & Go Breakfast | Make-Ahead Breakfast Recipe

Cheesy Hash Brown Cups
4 cups of frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
3 eggs
¼ cup of half and half (or milk)
½ onion, chopped
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
Season to taste
OPTIONAL: Ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers
Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and fill cups equally. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

Hi everyone! So you want to learn how to make these delicious breakfast egg muffins? I will show you how.
OVEN TEMP SHOULD BE 350 F. They will take around 20 minutes to cook but every oven is different so after 10 minutes, check them with a toothpick. I also like to rotate them halfway through since sometimes ovens can be off. Use 6-9 eggs per 12 muffins depending on what you are using as filling. You may need to increase eggs.
