Baking spray Parchment paper 9 large eggs 3 tablespoons milk 1.5 teaspoons salt 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese Sprinkle of smoked paprika
1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 375°F. 2. Spray a 9x11 inch toaster oven pan with baking spray. Line with parchment paper (make sure there is enough parchment up the sides of the pan too) and spray the parchment with baking spray. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until completely homogenized. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan. 4. Top evenly with the grated cheese and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes until the eggs have become firm or reached an internal temperature of at least 160°F. 5. Cut to desired size pieces and serve immediately.

How to Make Foolproof Scrambled Eggs for a Crowd
How many of you will be making breakfast Christmas morning? One really quick breakfast food is scrambled eggs. They are super easy to make for a crowd. In this video, I am making 20 eggs! Using this method, you can make them perfect every time! k
1. Let them the eggs set on the bottom before gently turning the bottom over the top. Keep movement to a minimum.
2. Remove them just before they are completely done back to the bowl you mixed them in. They will cook any of the remainder eggs and they will continue cooking in the bowl.
3 tablespoons butter 20 eggs 1/3 cup heavy cream 2 teaspoons Kosher salt 1 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet. Mix well the eggs and heavy cream, salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet. Allow the eggs to set and gently turn the bottom over the top in about 3 sections. Allow them to sit for a few more minutes. Just as they are almost done, remove them to the bowl you mixed them in. Serve with cheese, sour cream, or just plain with toast and bacon.
