The oily peppers (used bell and Italian frying peppers) and onions are the perfect match for the soft scrambled eggs. I made a traditional pepper and egg hero and also showed how it can be made with some spicy cherry peppers and mozzarella to make it even better. I hope you enjoy this New York classic!
