Citrus Barbecue Sauce; * 6 Swordfish steaks; ** * See Sowest 2 for recipe. ** You can use swordfish or salmon steaks but each should be about 1-inch thick and weigh about 5 ounces each. Prepare Citrus Barbecue Sauce and set aside. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Pour 1 cup of the sauce over the fish. Bake, uncovered, until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with remaining Citrus Barbecue Sauce.

Recipe 2 tbs butter room temperature 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp red pepper 2 tsp lemon zest 3 cloves garlic 2 tbs olive oil Swordfish fillets Salt and black pepper How to make it Season the swordfish with salt and black pepper. In the skillet heat the oil and place the swordfish,cook until golden 2-3 minutes each side.Then transfer the swordfish into the oven, cook 8-10 minutes. In a bowl blend together the butter, garlic, lemon, parsley and red pepper. Add seasoned butter mixture to the skillet and allow it to melt and bubbling. Transfer swordfish to the serving plate and pour butter sauce over swordfish. Enjoy your delicious lemon-garlic pan roasted swordfish!

Филе рыбы - меч Соль, чёрный перец Приготовление Рыбу- меч посолить и поперчить после чего переложить на разогретую с оливковым маслом сковородку. Поджарить с каждой стороны по 2-3 минуты. После чего переносим рыбу в духовку на 8-10 минут. Берём глубокую ёмкость и перемешиваем Сливочное масло , чеснок,лимонную цедру и красный перец. Перекладываем полученную Сливочную массу на сковородку и даём растаять и чуть чуть поджариться. В конце достаём рыбу из духовки , кладём в тарелку и поливаем лимонно- чесночным соусом. Foolproof, Quick and Easy Healthy Lemon Swordfish Steaks
This is a quick and easy way to insure you don't ruin two perfectly good (and not cheap) swordfish steaks.
Ingredients: 2 - 6oz swordfish steaks 3TBS lemon juice 1TBS chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste.
Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper to your liking. Next, spray the surface of a pre heated non-stick pan - half at a time, or a spot just big enough accommodate each steak - and lay in one steak with each spritz. cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Once the second side is cooked, add the lemon juice and the parsley. continue to cook until the juice reduces by half. Transfer the steaks to a plate, and top with the sauce left in the pan.
