How To make Apple and Cream Kuchen

cake:
1 pk Yeast; dry, active
1/2 t Salt
4 T Sugar
2 c Flour; unbleached, unsifted
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Milk
1 ea Egg; large
1 x filling:
3 c Apples; tart, sliced
1 T Lemon juice
1 t Cinnamon
3/4 c Sugar
2 T Flour; unbleached
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 ea Egg; large
CAKE: Mix yeast, salt, 4 T sugar, and 3/4 cup flour. Add butter to milk. Heat until very warm (120-130 degrees F.). Gradually add milk to flour mixture. Beat for 2 minutes. Add egg and 1/2 cup flour. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Mix in enough flour to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes, until dough is shiny and elastic. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Pat dough into well-greased 10-inch springform pan pressing the dough 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the pan. FILLING: Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 T of flour. Arrange in rows on top of the dough. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and egg. Spread over apples. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Best when served warm.

This German apple crumble cake combines the the flavors of apples, cinnamon and brown sugar, topped with a buttery crumble! It is the perfect afternoon cake with coffee or tea. Ingredients:
Dough:
120g flour
90g light brown sugar
80g butter
1 Tbsp (15g) baking powder
Batter:
120g light brown sugar
120g butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp (15g) baking powder
1 Tbsp (15g) cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
175g flour
500g peeled apple slices
Preparation:
Dough: In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder and butter.
Mix well by hand to get a crumble mix
Set aside
Batter: In a separate bowl, mix sugar and butter.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour, one half at a time and mix well.
Pour batter into a baking pan and spread evenly.
Add apples, then sprinkle with sugar.
Add crumble mix.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
Chill then serve with whipped cream.

*** The recipe: (baking pan size: 20cm / 8 inches)
2 / eggs
65g / granulated sugar (4+1/2 tablespoons)
8g / vanilla sugar ( 1/2 tablespoon)
A pinch of salt
Mix well
100ml / milk (1/2cup - 1 tablespoons )
40ml / vegetable oil ( 3 tablespoons)
80g / all-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
10g / baking powder ( 1,5 tablespoons)
Mix well
1 teaspoon / orange zest
3-4 / sweet apples
Pour into the batter and mix well!
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C / (356 ° F) for 50-55 minutes!

Salted caramel apple cake
For the Apple mix:
2 x apples, peeled and diced
50g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
For the Cake:
360g Plain flour
200g caster sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
300ml milk, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Large eggs, room temperature
110g Unsalted butter, melted
For the Glaze:
95g unsalted butter
50ml milk
315g icing sugar, sifted
50ml salted caramel sauce
Tin size 8x10”
Bake 180C/160C (fan) 40 mins or until a toothpick comes out almost clean with just a few sticky crumbs
