Ingredients:
60 g Chopped walnut (or pecans)
55 g brown cane sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
60 g softened butter
70 g white granulated sugar
1 large egg
180 g sour cream
150 g sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanillin powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
2 large apples (peel and cut in small pieces)
موادلازم:
گردوی خرد شده 60 گرم
دارچین 2/1 ق چ
شکر قهوه ای 55 گرم
آرد شیرینی پزی 150 گرم
بیکینگ پودر ½ ق چ
جوش شیرین 3/1 ق چ
نمک 4/1 ق چ
کره نرم شده 60 گرم
شکر سفید 70 گرم
وانیلین 4/1 ق چ
تخم مرغ 1 عدد بزرگ
خامه ترش 180 میلی لیتر
سیب 2 عدد (بدون پوست و تکه شده)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven at 170C/338F. grease an 18cm/7inch cake pan. Set aside.
2. Mix together walnut, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl mix the sugar and butter for 3-4 minutes until become creamy.
4. Add the egg and vanillin powder; mix for another minute.
5. Add the sour cream and mix until incorporated.
6. Lastly add the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder) and mix with a whisk or a silicon spatula just until combined.
7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan then, sprinkle half of the apples along with half of the walnut mixture on top. Pour the rest of the cake batter and the rest of the apples and walnut on top.
8. Place the pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 45-60 minutes.

FULL RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
4 tablespoons coconut oil
130 gram, 5 Oz (1/2 cup) greek yogurt
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 medium apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grate the apples. Chop the pecans; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C), and grease with oil a 9 inch loaf pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and kosher salt. Mix and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk. Add honey, coconut oil, greek yogurt and pure vanilla extract. Whisk.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
6. Add the grated apples and the chopped pecans to the batter. Mix gently.
7. Pour the batter on the loaf pan.
8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let it cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy :)
