How To make Anna Lou's Broccoli Tuna Casserole
2 pounds broccoli
in spears
9 ounce can tuna :
drained
10 ounce can mushroom soup or equivalent white sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
TOPPING: 1/3 cup gratated cheese
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until barely tender. Combine in saucepan: tuna, soup or sauce, milk and 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Heat until almost boiling. Place layer of cooked broccoli in shallow greased casserole. Cove with layer of tuna mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 minutes.

Der Torten-Klassiker Himbeer-Sahnetorte mit zartem Sugarprincess-Biskuit, fruchtiger Himbeer-Vanille-Pudding-Sahnecreme, Himbeerkonfitüre und super edlem Dekor! ????????????
Diese Torte habe ich meinem Ritter zum 59. Geburtstag zubereitet und fast alle haben gleich zwei Stücke hintereinander weggenascht, so dass so gut wie nichts übrig geblieben ist!

???? Yushkas Himbeer-Pudding-Sahnetorte ????
Zutaten für eine Torte von 24 cm Durchmesser
▶️ Für den Sugarprincess-Biskuit (bitte am Vortag backen und gekühlt lagern):
▶️ Hier geht es zum Rezept zum Ausdrucken:
6 Eier, Größe M
1 Prise Salz
160 g Feinzucker
1 EL Vanillezucker oder das Mark einer Vanilleschote
240 g Kuchenmehl* (einfaches Haushaltsmehl Type 405 geht natürlich auch)
1 TL Backpulver
*Kuchenmehl ist ein feineres Mehl als das normale Mehl Type 405. Ich nehme für meinen Biskuit oft 180 g Mehl und 60 g Stärke als Ersatz.
▶️ Für die Himbeer-Vanille-Sahnecreme und die Füllung:
Dies ist wieder ein Grundrezept! Dieses Rezept könnt Ihr ebenso als Füllung für diverse Biskuittorten verwenden. ???????? Nächsten Sonntag zeige ich Euch ein Rezept für die Crème Pâtissière ganz ohne Ei!
370 ml Vollmilch
1 Vanilleschote
6 Eigelbe
100 g Zucker (am besten Feinzucker)
50 g Stärke
50 g Butter
130 g Himbeer-Püree (von 200 bis 250 g tiefgekühlten, pürierten und durch ein Sieb gestrichenen Himbeeren)
200 bis 250 g Himbeerkonfitüre (ohne Kerne)
eine Handvoll frischer oder tiefgekühlter Himbeeren für die Füllung
600 ml Schlagsahne
3 Päckchen Sahnefest
3 Päckchen Vanillezucker
3 EL Zucker
▶️ Für die Dekoration der Torte:
250 ml Schlagsahne
1 Päckchen Sahnefest
1 Tütchen Vanillinzucker
1 bis 2 TL Zucker (oder Zucker nach Belieben)
etwas Himbeersaft von den abgetropften Himbeeren
etwas rote oder rosa Speisefarbe
16 schöne Himbeeren

How to Make the Best Clam Chowder. Full recipe
INGREDIENTS
3 cans clams (6.5 oz) minced
1 pc onion (medium size) minced
2 stalks celery diced
2 pcs potatoes (large size) cubed
2 cups water
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 quart half-in-half cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, put onion, celery, and potatoes. Drain juice from clams and then add water. Cook for 15 minutes then remove and set aside.
2. In another saucepan, melt the butter. Add all-purpose flour then whisk until smooth. Slowly pour cream and stir constantly. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add vegetables and clam juice mixture. Simmer for 5 another minutes.
4. Ready to serve!

I will share 2 easy methods to cook perfect rice every time (cook rice on the stove and in a microwave). Both of the methods work for long, medium, and short-grain white rice. You just need to remember a couple of key points and your rice will come out light, fluffy and tender every single time.
First Method - Cook Rice Over the Stove.
- Rinse the rice with clear water several times then drain completely.
- Add the well-drained rice, and water to a pot. For every cup (200g) of rice, use 1.5 cups (360g) of water.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat then cook on low heat until done. For 1 cup of rice, cook on low heat for 16 minutes. For every extra cup of rice, add 2 more minutes. Start counting the time after the water comes to a simmer.
- Turn off the heat and fluff the rice.
Second Method - Cook Rice in the Microwave. (my microwave is 1000 W)
- Rinse the rice with clear water several times then drain completely.
- Add the well-drained rice, and water to a pot to a microwave-safe bowl. For every cup (200g) of rice, use 1.5 cups (360g) of water.
- Cover the bowl with a heat-proof but not air-tight lid. For one cup of rice, microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, for every extra cup of rice, add 1 more minute.
- Switch the microwave to medium-low power and continue to cook for 12 minutes for 1 cup of rice. Add 2 more minutes for every extra cup of rice.
- Rest the rice with the lid on for 5 minutes, then fluff the rice
