1 x Mashed Potatoes; Instant, *
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
* Prepare enough instant mashed potatoes to serve 4 as per package ~
Prepare the basic Meat Loaf :
except spread the mixture into an ungreased baking pan 9 X 9 X 2 or 8 X 8 X 2-inches. Omit the catsup and decrease the baking time to 40 to 50 minutes. Drain off the excess fat. Spread the hot potatoes evenly over the meat in the pan and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 to 4 minutes. Serve hot on a slightly heated platter.

Cheesy Ground Beef & Potato Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 to 2 pds ground beef
5-6 small to medium sized sliced yellow flesh potatoes - approx 1/8 thick
You can use Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
1 cup finely diced onions
3/4 cup finely diced bell peppers
1/2 cup finely diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. grated cheddar and colby jack cheese
Sauce:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven 350 degrees Farenheit.
In skillet on medium high heat brown and chop ground beef until no longer pink.
Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, peas and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes and turn off heat and set to the side.
In a greased 9x13 pan put down a layer of sliced potatoes. Overlap a little and cover the bottom.
Separate meat/veggie mixture in half and sprinkle half on top of potatoes.
Pour half of sauce over the meat and spread out as best you can.
Sprinkle half of grated cheese over the sauce.
Repeat layers of potatoes, meat/veggie mixture and sauce.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees farenheit.
Remove cover and top with rest of grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
Let rest for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Enjoy.

BEEF and POTATO stew
* 500g beef (flank steak)
* ½ teaspoon each of
* salt
* Crushed Bouillon(knorr beef or maggi)
* Paprika
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Pepper
* Few spring of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
* 4 medium Irish potatoes/russet potatoes
* 2 ½ cup of water
* Extra ½ teaspoon of salt
For the vegetable stir fry:
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* 3-4 cloves of garlic(minced)
* 2 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped)
* 2 carrots
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* Seasoned vegetable stir fry with:
* ½ teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon and pepper
* Slurry:

Meat and Potato Pie | Hollands Meat Pie Review
Meat and Potato Pies are quite traditional in Northern England, and especially in Lancashire. While it wouldn't pass muster with the clean/healthy eating brigade, a meat and potato pie is perfect comfort food on a cold winter evening. One legendary brand of Potato and Meat Pies is Hollands Pies. Hollands have made pies in Lancashire since 1851, and their pies are sold in chip shops and at football matches across the North of England. In this video, I do a quick taste test of a Holland's Pie, and then I make my own meat and potato pie from scratch. It's quite easy and utterly delicious.

1 pound / 450g lean ground beef
1 Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup / 240 ml heavy cream or milk
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp Sage
Salt, Black pepper
2 Handfuls Spinach (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
7-9 Mushrooms
4 Potatoes
4 ounces / 115g Gruyère cheese
Bake until potatoes are very tender, 60 to 75 minutes at 350 °F / 180°C
Uncover and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes more
