Baked Whole Trout Recipes
Simple recipes are sometimes the very best in taste as well. The main ingredients really shine.
In this case, the trout is tender and juicy, permeated all the way through with the aromatic essence of pepper, paprika, lemon and garlic.
You only need 5 minutes of preparation and the rest is up to the oven.
Ingredients:
2 whole trout (cleaned and gutted)
salt
pepper
paprika
olive oil ( 5 tbsp.)
lemon juice
1 lemon
Vegetables:1 onion, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, asparagus.
Bake at 160°C for 20 min, add the rest of vegetables and then bake for another 10-15 mins.
Enjoy! :)

Whole Baked Fish - Herb Stuffed, with Garlic Butter Dill Sauce
Ask any chef and they'll tell you the best and easiest way to cook fish is to cook it whole. The flesh stays so much juicier and tender compared to cooking fish fillets!
This one is prepared in a really classic way - stuffed with herbs and garlic, served with a garlic butter dill sauce. Insanely easy, insanely delicious!

Healthy, Easy, Very Delicious, Baked Trout - 5 Star Family Recipe
On today's episode of Thundermist Fishing Tips, we're going to share with you some cooking recipes with you. In particular, I'd like to share with you a trout recipe that is both quick, easy, and is absolutely delicious!
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 tablespoon of old bay seasoning
- 1/2 of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
- The juice from one fresh lemon
- Two cloves of garlic, finely minced
The first step is to start to preheat the oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.
While the oven is preheating, take all the above ingredients and whisk them together into a small bowl.
Place your trout in a nice baking dish, such as a glass/pyrex baking dish. I like to add a layer of parchment to the bottom of the tray, though this is not needed and is only for preference.
Once this marinade is nice and mixed, you'll want to coat your entire trout fillet with this mix. Please be generous! The more the better. You'll really want this mix to sink and soak into the fillet. For a little added flare, I like to sprinkle on some additional paprika for added colour.
Also, for this trout recipe, I prefer to leave the skin on,
After the trout is nice and covered in the marinade, you'll want to bake it in the oven for 15 to 16 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
The last step, is to of course, enjoy!

Baked Cod with Garlic And Herb Ritz Crumbs
RECIPE COURTESY OF INA GARTEN
Level: Easy
Total: 30 min
Active: 15 min
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
Good olive oil
4 center-cut boneless, skinless cod fillets (6 to 8 ounces each)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (15 crackers; see Cook's Note)
1/3 cup panko (Japanese bread flakes)
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced garlic (2 cloves)
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 9 x 9-inch ceramic baking dish (it should be just big enough to hold the fish) and tilt the dish to coat the bottom with oil. Place the fish fillets in the dish and turn to coat both sides with the oil. Sprinkle the fish with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the cracker crumbs, panko, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until evenly moistened. Set aside.
Remove the fish from the oven and pour the wine and lemon juice directly on the fillets. Pat the crumb mixture evenly onto the fillets, pressing gently to help them adhere. (Don’t worry if some crumbs get into the sauce!)
Return the pan to the oven for 12 minutes, until the fillets are just cooked through in the center, depending on the thickness of the fish. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot with the pan juices and lemon wedges.
Cook’s Note
To make the crumbs, crush the Ritz crackers into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until finely ground.
