He also likes to read ROMANCE NOVELS WHILE EATING RAX?! So I guess that's what in the suitcase???

1 Chinakohl.
30 Minuten einwirken lassen.
4 Kartoffeln.
Kartoffeln schälen und schneiden.
Mit Wasser füllen. Mit einem Deckel abdecken und garen.
1 Zwiebel. Olivenöl.
Rote Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen.
2 Chilischoten. Gut mischen.
Die Kartoffeln sind fast fertig.
1 Esslöffel Salz. 2 Paprika. Alle Zutaten mischen.
Schneide den harten Teil aus. Salz. Mischen.
Gemüse und Kartoffeln sind fertig!
Gründlich umrühren.
Etwas Gemüsemischung auf den Chinakohl geben.
Wickeln Sie es! Es ist sehr einfach und schnell!
Tun Sie dies, bis Ihnen die Zutaten ausgehen.

3 Eier. 3 Esslöffel Mehl. Gut mischen.
Semmelbrösel 100 gr. / 1 Tasse. Olivenöl.

Rezept #2 Kohlauflauf mit Kartoffeln und Soße. 08:06
1 Kohl. Mit heißem Wasser füllen.
10 Minuten einwirken lassen.
3 Kartoffeln. Kartoffeln reiben.
6 Eier. Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Gut mischen.
Wasser aus Kohl entfernen!
Ein Backblech mit Pergament auslegen.
Den Kohl gleichmäßig verteilen.
Mit Eiermasse füllen.
2 Knoblauch. Italienische Kräuter. Gut mischen.
1 gelber Paprika. Nochmals umrühren.
Im Backofen bei 180°C (350°F) 20 Minuten backen.
3 Tomaten. Käse 1,5 Tasse / 100 gr. Schnittlauch.
Tomatensauce 4-5 Esslöffel.
Käse hinzufügen.
Im Ofen weitere 10-15 Minuten bei 180°C (350°F) backen.
Ich mache meine Lieblingssauce!
Joghurt 3 Esslöffel.
Mayonnaise 2-3 Esslöffel.
2 Knoblauch. 1 eingelegte Gurke.
Gut mischen. Guten Appetit!
Rezept #3 Türkische Linsensuppe. 16:08
1 Zwiebel. Sonnenblumenöl. 3 Minuten kochen.
Karotte 1 Stk. Gelegentlich umrühren.
Kartoffeln 2 Stk. Kartoffeln zugeben und umrühren.
2 Knoblauch. 7-10 Minuten kochen.
Lauch. Weiter kochen für weitere 5-7 Minuten.
Linsen 2 Tassen. Wasser.
Wasser 7 Gläser. Abdecken und 5-7 Minuten garen.
2 Würfel Gemüsebrühe.
Diese portionierten Würfel habe ich selbst gemacht!
Unbedingt anschauen!
In heißem Wasser auflösen.
Fügen Sie hinzu und mischen Sie gut.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und bei mittlerer Hitze 20 Minuten garen.
4 Brot. Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Olivenöl.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180°C (350°F) 10 Minuten backen.
Petersilie. 1 Knoblauch. Olivenöl.
Ach, was für ein Duft! Sehr leckere Snacks!
Überprüfen Sie die Suppe auf Bereitschaft.
Ich mahle mit einem Mixer, bis es glatt ist.
Saft von 1 Zitrone. Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Kümmel. Kurkuma. Gut mischen.
Die Suppe weitere 3-5 Minuten kochen.
Butter 1 Esslöffel. Schmelze die Butter.
Roter Paprika 1 Esslöffel. Gut mischen.
Zur Suppe geben. Das ist alles!

Rezept #4 Köstlicher Blumenkohl mit Kartoffeln. 24:12
5 Kartoffeln.
2 Lorbeerblätter.
Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und garen.
1 Blumenkohl. In Blütenstände teilen.
Salz 1 Esslöffel.
Zum Kochen bringen und 5 Minuten kochen lassen.
Salz 1 Esslöffel. 1 Zwiebel. Sonnenblumenöl.
Bei mittlerer Hitze braten.
1 Karotte. Gut mischen.
1 Paprika. Braten bis fertig.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Die Kartoffeln sind fertig!
Lorbeerblätter und schwarzen Pfeffer entfernen.
Gemüse zu den Kartoffeln geben und umrühren!
Olivenöl. Fetten Sie die Pfanne.
Den Blumenkohl auslegen.
4 Eier. Aufsehen.
Griechischer Joghurt 1 Esslöffel.
Senf 1 Esslöffel.
Die Eiermasse einfüllen und gleichmäßig bestreichen.
Käse 120 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Im Backofen bei 180°C (350°F) 20 Minuten backen.
Mit einem Teller umdrehen.

Rezept #5 Auflauf zum Abendessen! Brokkoli und Blumenkohl. 32:15
1 Blumenkohl.
2 kleine Brokkoli In Blütenstände teilen.
Den Blumenkohl in eine Schüssel geben und mit Wasser bedecken.
Salz 1 Esslöffel.
Zum Kochen bringen und 5 Minuten kochen lassen.
Brokkoli und mit heißem Wasser bedecken.
Salz 1 Esslöffel. 10 Minuten einwirken lassen.
1 Zwiebel. Olivenöl.
Bei mittlerer Hitze 1 Minute braten.
1 Karotte.
2 Knoblauch. Gut mischen.
2-3 weitere Minuten braten.
Olivenöl.
4 Eier. Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Joghurt 2/3 Tassen / 100 ml. Mehl 3 Esslöffel.
Backpulver 1 Teelöffel. Gut mischen.
Milch 1 Tasse / 180 ml.
10 Kirschtomaten.
Ein kleines Stück Käse.
Im Backofen bei 200°C (400°F) 30-40 Minuten backen.

To be honest, the first time I ate this I was thinking, no, Chinese people do not eat sesame chicken. And now, I make it every week. Seriously, who can say no to these crunchy nutty little bites of chicken? And this recipe could be the best sesame chicken you ever had.
???? RECIPE - Note: Here I want to correct a mistake in the video. At 03:16 I said to heat up the oil to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It was an audio mistake, please keep the oil temperature at 380 degrees Fahrenheit while frying. I am really sorry about that. The video is already uploaded, I can't edit it anymore.
Ingredients to marinate the chicken (Serve 2-3 people with some white rice)
- 1 lb chicken thigh, cut into 1.5 inches cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- black pepper to taste
- 1.5 tsp of soy sauce [Amazon Link:
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3/8 tsp of baking soda
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 tbsp of starch (add it to the marinade)
- 1 cup of Potato starch (use it to coat the chicken)
- 2 cups of oil to fry the chicken
Ingredients for the sauce
- 2 tbsp of Honey
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2.5 tbsp of Soy sauce [Amazon Link:
- 3 tbsp of water
- 2.5 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- Sweet potato starch water to thicken the sauce (2 tsp of potato starch mixed with 2 tsp of water) (Amazon Link:
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil [Amazon Link:
- 1.5 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds [Amazon Link:
- Diced scallion as a garnish
INSTRUCTION
Cut some boneless and skin on chicken leg into 1-inch size pieces. You can use chicken breast if you wish to.
Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp of grated garlic, 1.5 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt, some black pepper to taste, 3/8 tsp of baking soda, 1 egg white, and 1/2 tbsp of starch. Cornstarch, potato or sweet potato starch, they all work, depends on what you used for the coating later. Mix everything until well combined. Cover it and let it sit for 40 minutes.
Add half of the starch into a big container. Spread it out. Add in the chicken. Cover the meat with the other half of the starch. Put on the lid and shake for a few minutes or until the chicken is coated nicely
Heat up the oil to 380 F. Add the chicken piece by piece. In less than 2 minutes, you can feel that the surface is getting crispy and the color is slightly yellow. Take them out. Then we gonna do the second batch. Before that, you might want to fish out all those small little bits. It is optional but it does affect the quality of the oil.
Keep the temperature at 380 F, and fry the second batch of the chicken. Once you are done, let all the chicken rest for about 15 minutes and we gonna double fry the chicken. Double frying will stabilize the crunchiness so it last longer. At the end we will coat the chicken with some glossy sauce If you don’t double fry it, the chicken might not be crispy while serving. You just keep an eye on the color. In about 2 or 3 minutes, it will reach that beautiful golden color. Take them out and set it aside.
Next, we gonna make the sauce. In a large bowl, add in 3 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of liquid honey, 2.5 tbsp of soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp of ketchup, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of vinegar. Mix them until well combined.
Put your wok on the stove and pour all the sauce in. There is some sugar sink in the bottom of the bowl, make sure you clean that. Keep stirring the sauce on medium heat. Bring it to a boil and pour in some potato starch water to thicken the sauce. This just 2 tsp of potato starch mixed with 2 tsp of water. Keep stirring until it reaches a thin syrup texture. Introduce the chicken back into the wok, along with a drizzle of sesame oil and 1.5 tbsp of a toasted sesame seed. Toss everything until the chicken is coated nicely. Take them out. Garnish it with some diced scallion and you are done.
