STEAK ON A STICK - On the griddle! Teriyaki & Crack BBQ Sauce
STEAK ON A STICK - on the griddle! What could be better than delicious steak you can carry around on a stick? No plate, no cutting, no mess! We did 2 different suaces on this which has the huge advantage of no marinating. The crack BBQ sauce is a winner. Stuff is amazing! Really kicks up the flavor. The teriyaki is always a winner and doing it this way makes it easy. The beef used here is very affordable but we cannot stress enough how important it is to get ALL the tendon out of it. Any remaining tendon will be very chewy. The meat around the tendon is very tender.
