How To make Suzy's Lime Cheesecake
CRUST: 1 c Shredded coconut meat
2 tb Flour
2 tb Unsalted butter -- melted
FILLING: 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Cold water
3 Egg yolks
3/4 c Water
3/4 c Granulated sugar
16 oz Cream Cheese - softened
1/4 c Lime juice
1 t Grated lime rind
Green food coloring
few Drops 1 c Heavy cream :
whipped
3 Egg whites *(Just Whites..
Equiv ) -- stiffly beaten
*A Note from Suzy: As we do not use RAW/UNcooked eggs here in the northeastern United States due to salmonella bacteria I have substituted a product called "Just Whites", it works just as well if not better than egg whites. CRUST: Combine coconut, flour and melted margarine. Press on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes until lightly
browned. Remove from oven and set aside. FILLING: Soften gelatin in 1/4 c. cold water. Set aside. In a saucepan combine egg yolks, 3.4 c. water 3.4 c. sugar. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved. Beat cream cheese at low speed while gradually adding gelatin/ egg mixture until well blended. Stir in lime juice, grated lime, few drop green coloring. Fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour filling over cooled crust and chill until firm. Remove from springform and garnish with grated lime rind. In summer decorate serving plate with fresh mint leaves if desired. From the recipe files of suzy@gannett.infi.net

One day slime Sam woke up to strange noises coming from under his bed. It turned out that a poor old slime was left forgotten in the corner. However, Sam's friend Sue knows some methods to turn ruined slime into something pretty!
1:54 First, it's necessary to make slime soft and shiny again. To do this, Sue adds a bit of hair gel, body lotion, body oil and white glue. And since this slime will be the base for the makeovers, Sue adds white coloring to make it nice and white, like an empty canvas.
4:04 Makeover 1 is unicorn slime. Sue adds soft clay to the slime to make it fluffy, then divides it into three parts and colors them pink, blue and purple. After that Sue combines them to create amazing marbly unicorn slime, adds some rainbow sprinkles and a tiny unicorn figurine. So beautiful!
7:28 Makeover 2 is sea slime. Sue adds soft clay again, but she also adds artificial snow to create that sea foam effect. Then it's time for teal coloring and golden glitter! The cute accent of this slime is a cute pink shell.
10:35 Makeover 3 is love slime. Sue adds pink soft clay, pink coloring and heart sprinkles. There's also an adorable love letter on top because Sam and Sue love their viewers so much!

KEY LIME PIE | QUICK AND EASY RECIPE
Sweet and tangy. Just yummy.
INGREDIENTS: PREHEAT THE OVEN 375° F
2 -14 oz. condensed milk
1 cup lime juice ( about 12 limes )
5 egg yolks
2 limes
1 -store bought graham 10 pie crust
To decorate your pie is optional. You can buy whipped cream or you can make your own. I have a video on how to make whipped cream.
NOTE: You can use calamansi juice.

1 tbsp Sugar

375g can on Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Lime Juice
2 tsp Lime Zest
3 large Egg Yolks or 4 small
Topping:
1 Cup Double Cream
1tbsp Icing Sugar
