In this video, I will show you how to make a tofu omelette recipe. The Omelet recipe is an easy dish to make, it's done quickly and it's very delicious. You can make it for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner or for whenever you are hungry. If you like egg recipes, maybe you will like my Thai omelette recipe today. Thai omelette likes to add a lot of oil. If you don't like it, you can add a little oil. Thai people like to serve omelette with steamed rice and chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
Ingredients
2 eggs
50 g egg tofu
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon pork stock powder or chicken stock powder
2 red chilies
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon cooking oil (I like to use sunflower oil.)
Instructions
1.Cut chilies into small pieces.
2.Cut the tofu and egg into bite-sized pieces.
3.In a bowl, crack in eggs.
4.Season the eggs with sugar, pork or chicken stock powder, fish sauce.
5.Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
6.Stir in the chopped green onions, chilies and egg tofu.
7.In a flying pan on high heat, pour in the cooking oil.
8.Once the cooking oil is hot, pour in the eggs mixture. Fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides for 2 minutes per 1 side.
9.Transfer the tofu omelette into a plate and serve. Enjoy!
