How To make Snack Pizzas
9 1/2 oz Refrigerator biscuits, flaky
1/4 c Tomato paste
1 ts Oregano
1/4 c Onion; chopped
1/3 c Canned mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c Natural sharp Cheddar cheese
-- (shredded) Preheat oven to 400 F (hot). Grease baking sheets. Pat each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle on baking sheets. Mix tomato paste and oregano. Brush on each biscuit round. Mix onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle over tomato paste mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake until crust is lightly browned (about 8 minutes). Calories per pizza: About 105 NOTE: Other ingredients such as cooked ground sausage or ground beef, thin strips of salami, chopped green pepper, or chopped anchovies may be used in place of onion and mushrooms. 1 Minute Microwave Pizza Recipe:
- 50g (1/3 cup) Self Raising Flour ( Check below for substitutes)
- 30g (2 tbsp) Milk ( Depending on your flour you may need an additional 1/2 tsp of milk)
Roll out dough to 12-13cm(5 inches). It will be thin, but in the microwave it puffs up because of the self raising flour.
- 1 tbsp seasoned Sauce
- 2 tbsp of shredded Cheese ( You can add a little more if u like)
PLEASE READ: As mentioned in the video the pizza crust won't develop color as this wasn't cooked in a traditional oven. Because the crust doesn't brown or crisp up, I like to put the sauce and cheese toppings right up to outside edge of the pizza. So, you mininize the crust on this pizza, and have more space for toppings. Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 30 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds.
Self raising flour substitutes:
- 50g (1/3 cup) all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt

300ml warm water
500g bread flour (Tipo 00 or All-purpose with 11-12% protein)
7g instant dry yeast

Pizza Bombs
Yields: 16 balls
INGREDIENTS
1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
marinara sauce
pepperoni
mozzarella, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp italian seasoning
shredded parmesan cheese, for topping
PREPARATION
1. Cut each biscuit in half. Press each half into a circle with your thumb.
2. Place a small dollop of marinara sauce, 1 pepperoni, and 1 cube of mozzarella on each biscuit round.
3. Bring the edges up and over, pressing them together and being sure to leave no gaps for the filling to leak out. Lay the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper
4. Combine melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper, and italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture onto each pizza bomb and top with parmesan.
5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes (until biscuits have nicely browned).
6. Once pizza bombs are cool enough to handle, serve immediately. Enjoy!
