You do not need an oven to make this scrumptious pizza, as you can make this pizza at a pan. This pan bread pizza recipe will surely satisfy your pizza cravings. This is a great afternoon snack together with some cold iced tea.

INGREDIENTS
3 pieces loaf bread
3 medium eggs
1/3 cup pizza sauce (or tomato sauce / ketchup)
½ cup mozzarella cheese (or any quickmelt cheese)
1 small green bellpepper
Pineapple tidbits (optional)
2 pieces cooked ham slices (cut into small bits)
1 to 2 tablespoon oil
DIRECTIONS
Cut the slices of loaf bread into small cubes. Set aside.
Crack the eggs to a bowl and then scramble. Add the beaten eggs to the bowl with bread.
Coat some oil in a flat, round pan. (Do not turn the heat on yet.) Add the egg and bread mixture. When the mixture is fixed on the pan, turn the heat to very low to avoid burning.
Add the pizza sauce and spread gently. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese. Add the green bell peppers, pineapple tidbits and cooked ham bits. Sprinkle more grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a dash of pizza seasoning (optional).
Cover the pan and cook the pizza using very low heat for 6 – 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Transfer the bread pan pizza gently to a plate and then slice them to serving pieces.
Grab a slice and pour some hot sauce if you like. Enjoy!

MY BEST SICILIAN PAN PIZZA RECIPE
The best Sicilian pan pizza I've ever made uses this method. It's a simple pizza dough technique that yields a super crispy crust and a light, airy center. The flavor is outstanding too. This pan pizza dough ferments and proofs at room temperature so there's no refrigeration needed!
Do you have a different size sheet pan? Here's an easy explanation on how to scale this recipe:
1- Determine the size of your pan in square inches (cm if metric) by multiplying the length and width. For example, a standard 13x18 sheet pan is 234 square inches.
2- I use a 14x14 pan for this recipe, which is 196 square inches. Divide the 234 by 196 and you'll get 1.19 or 119%. Now you know that the 13x18 sheet pan is 19% larger than my 14x14 pan.
3- In this scenario, just increase the measurement for each ingredient by 19%. For example, the flour measurement in the Biga is 265g. 265 x 1.19 = 315g.
