How To make Pineapple Cream Cheese Pizza
1 lb Frozen bread dough (1 loaf),
-thawed and cut in half 2 pk (8 oz) cream cheese,
-softened 1/2 c Sugar
6 tb Flour
2 Egg yolks
Grated peel and juice from 1 -lemon 2 (8 1/4 oz) cans crushed
-pineapple, drained 2/3 c Strawberry jam
2 tb Sliced almonds, toasted
Servings: 16 Press dough into 2 greased 12 inch pizza pans. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolks, 1 tsp lemon peel and 2 tsp lemon juice until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spread mixture evenly over pizzas to within 1/2 inch of edges. Bake in 400 deg. oven for 15 minutes or until browned. Spread each with jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes longer. ice - 40 g (1.4 oz)
Schweppes - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

Ingredients:
1 pizza dough + 1 pizza sauce :
1 vegan cheese sauce or store bought vegan cheese:
1 can of pineapple or fresh pineapple
Vegan Bacon:
1 pck tofu firm, 80 g coconut flakes or ready-made smoked tofu
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Instruction:
First you prepare your pizza dough and your pizza sauce as well as the cheese sauce.
You will also need to prepare the coconut bacon. Mix the ingredients and bake it for around 7-10 min at 350°F (180°C). Make sure it doesn’t burn.
Next, roll out the pizza dough and spread the pizza sauce on it and then spread the cheese sauce.
Now take the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Spread them on the pizza and sprinkle them with coconut bacon or diced smoked tofu.
Bake the pizza at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until the desired degree of browning is reached.
