Creamy Paprika Pork with Arugula Salad Recipe
The Spice City recipe for a tasty paprika pork with arugula salad.
Ingredients:
pork
soy sauce
balsamic vinegar
paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
thyme
butter
whipped cream
arugula
tomatoes
pomegranade
olive oil
lemon juice
orange juice
Recipe: Chop the pork and put it in a bowl. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic and onion power, thyme and paprika. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes. In a pan melt some butter and add the pork, fry untill it's well cooked, add the whipped cream and let it simmer untill the sauce thickens. For the salad mix arugula, tomatoes, pomegranade seeds and dress with salt and pepper, olive oil, a splash of lemon juice and one of orange juice. Good appetite!

Paprika Pork Schnitzel, not overly spicy, but packed with flavor, this pork loin gets pan seared and sauced with a paprika cream that is beyond tasty.

INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-600g pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-2-3Cups water (add more as needed to soften the meat)
-2Tbsp calamansi juice
-1/2Cup frozen green peas
-red and green bell peppers sliced into strips

Paprika Pork
A delicious meal served with boiled rice, healthy and nutritional, add some Chorizo Sausage for a spicy kick.
You will need
590g Pork Loin Steaks
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 large Onion
350g Mushrooms
1 level tbsp smoked Paprika
250ml Chicken Stock
3 level tbsp Tomato Pur6
2 level tbsp Cornflour
4 tbsp Reduced Fat Soured Cream
Cut the pork into strips, heat the oil in the pan and cook the pork in batches. Tip into a bowl, with the juices.
Heat the rest of the oil in the pan, add the onion and cook over a medium heat until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for a another 8 minutes.
Return the pork to the pan and stir until hot, stir in the paprika, chicken stock and tomato puree, simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and add to the pan, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and stir in the soured cream. Serve with Rice.
