Champagne Cocktail Recipes | MIMOSA MADNESS
Today we're putting together mother's day cocktail recipes, and we're keeping it SUPER easy with 5 great ideas for MIMOSAS!
Mimosas are simple and lend themselves to being creative with flavor combinations. Two traits I look for in any entertaining endeavor. Some tips to keep in mind:
- When choosing champagne (or sparkling wine) for a mimosa, keep the sweetness factor in mind. If you like super sweet drinks, go for the Prosecco. If you want to dial down on the sweetness (and sugar content) a touch, go for Cava. Personally, I like a brut Cava for my mimosa bar, then people can dial in their own sweetness with the amount of juices that they add.
- ICE ICE BABY- you heard me right, ICE. Keep your liquids on ice if you're going to make a mimosa bar. No one needs warm champagne.
-Experiment with different juices and liqueurs for flavor!
