10 oz Noodles or fettucine 1/2 lb Blue cheese (any type) 1/4 c Whipping cream or 1/2 & 1/2 1/4 c Grated parmesan or romano 1 x Fresh ground black pepper While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix it with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta, and place in a frying pan. Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with grated cheese. From the Frugal Gourmet, posted by Doreen Richard.

Break the egg and whisk it.
Mix the breadcrumbs with pumpkin seeds. Add this mixture, along with the flour and whisked egg in 3 separate bowls.
Coat the blue cheese using these 3 mixtures.
Heat a skillet and add vegetable oil in it. Fry the cheese for about 2 minutes.
Make sure you cook it on all sides so it can be perfectly crispy.
Tips: you can cut the blue cheese in chunks before frying it.
