How To make Nancy's Sesame Chicken
2 x Chicken cutlets 2 ts Tobasco sauce (to taste)
2 tb Sesame Oil 1 x Flour
2 ts Sugar
Marinate chicken cutlets in sesame oil, sugar, and tobasco sauce. Dredge in flour. Spray med skillet with Pam. Place chicken cutlets in hot pan, and brown slightly on both sides. Delicious served with Nancy's Sesame Noodles! -----

Easy Classic Quiche Recipe (Step-by-Step) | HowToCook.Recipes
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

1 cup chicken breast ( or chicken thigh) / 1 chén ức gà (hoặc đùi gà)
10 shrimps/ 10 con tôm
500g flat Chow fun/ 500g gói hủ tiếu cọng lớn (phở cọng lớn)
2 handfuls of bean sprouts/ 2 nắm tay giá sống
4 green onions/ 4 cọng hành lá
5 chopped garlic cloves/ 5 tép tỏi bầm
2 eggs/ 2 trứng
Vegetable oil for stir fry/dầu để xào
*** Stir fry sauce/ nước sauce để xào:
3 tbsp light soy sauce/3 mc nước tương lợt
1 tbsp dark soy sauce/1 mc nước tương đậm
3 tbsp oyster sauce/3 mc dầu hào
1 tbsp cooking wine/1 mc rượu nấu ăn
¾ tbsp sugar/ ¾ mc đường
1 tbsp sesame oil/ 1 mc dầu mè.
