How To make Sesame Chicken Wings
36 Chicken drumettes (bottom
Part of chicken wing) 2 cl Garlic
1 Inch fresh ginger, peeled
1 Onion, quartered
1 ts Red pepper flakes
2 ts Salt
2 ts Ground coriander
3 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Sesame seeds (approx)
Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry. Place in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds in a blender and puree. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat all the pieces well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings as hors d'oeuvres. From "The Joys of Christmas"; Helen Feingold and Mary Lee Gristani. Chicken -
1 large pack of wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 -2 teaspoons sesame oil
White pepper
Garlic powder onion powder
Paprika
Sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 bottles sweet chili sauce
Rice
Veggies of your choice sautéed
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Add a splash of soy sauce
White pepper
Garlic powder
3-6 eggs (preference)
Carrots ????
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon brown or white sugar
Pinch of salt
Sesame Chicken Wings by Chef Bae ????
1 bag frozen chicken wings dings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/3 cup water
A few sprinkles of sesame seeds
Chef Bae Seasoning
Flour
Cooking oil
Unthaw and wash chicken then pat meat dry. Season with seasoning listed above.
Fry chicken in cooking oil on medium high heat for around 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. (I like my wings fried hard) Remove wings and place them over paper towels.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, corn starch, water and sesame oil into a bowl and mix. Warm sauce over medium heat to thicken and then add wings. Coat chicken evenly with the sauce.

You NEED to give these refreshing and crispy Vietnamese Inspired Chicken Wings a try; they are perfect for the summer!
Everyone’s definition of “HEALTHY” is different; for me, healthy means less sugar, more whole foods, and no deep-frying. You can adjust my recipes based on your dietary restrictions. For example, if you are cutting out sugar, I recommend using monk sugar, and if you are cutting out gluten, I recommend using rice flour. These Vietnamese Inspired Chicken Wings pair perfectly with a side of rice, salad, or steamed veggies.
