Zaalouk | FAMOUS Moroccan roasted eggplant salad (VEGAN)
Zaalouk is a very popular delicious Moroccan recipe with four main ingredients: oven roasted eggplants, tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. This easy eggplant recipe is served together with some bread and can serve as a great eggplant dip or salad. Also it's totally up to you whether you like it cold or warm (I prefer when it's warm).
