With thanksgiving right around the corner this pineapple brown sugar glazed holiday ham will surely impress all of your friends and family. This easy baked ham recipe is perfect for any holiday.
Rub ham with 1 tbsp of mustard. Mix together 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 ground cloves and 1 tsp black pepper and 1 cup of brown sugar. Next coat the ham with the brown sugar mixture. Let the ham marinate for at least 3 hours.
Add your pineapple and cherries. Add your glaze to the bottom of the pan. Cook on 350 for 2 hours basting every 20 minutes
Glaze
1/2 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch *optional
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cherry juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 ground cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Ham & Cheese Croquetas.

The Romesco Sauce:
Ingredients-
-2x red peppers.
-2x tomatoes.
-200g olive oil.
-100g Red wine vinegar.
-1 clove of garlic.
-25g flaked almond.
-50g bread.
-flaked sea salt & Black pepper.
Method-
-Cut your peppers and tomatoes and place them in a roasting tray with a good guzzle of oil & a flicker of salt and pepper. Roast at 190c for 10-15 minutes. Once roasted leave to call on the side for 10 minutes then add to a blender along with the rest of your ingredients, Blend until smooth and then serve.

The Croquettes:
Ingredients-
-1x onion.
-50g butter.
-50g flour.
-300g Milk.
-200g ham.
-150g grated cheese.
- panne set up flour, beaten egg, blitzed breadcrumbs.
-500g sunflower oil.
Method-
-thinly slice your onion and sweat in a pan with your butter and a good pinch of salt, once the onion is translucent add to your flour and cook out for five minutes. Add your milk gradually as you beat the mixture and stretch out the lumps. Add salt, pepper, ham, cheese and mix in together, spread onto a tray cover with clingfilm and chill in the fridge for a minimum of three hours.
-Divide your mix into balls and set up your panne. Heat your oil to 160° then add your panned balls and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When hot out of the fryer season with salt, serve and enjoy.
