How To make Balsamic Peppered Chicken
Ingredients

chicken breast halves, skinless boneless

teaspoon
lemon pepper, seasoning
1 1/2
teaspoon
extra virgin olive oil
1/3
cup
Balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup
chicken broth
2
each
garlic cloves, minced
4
tablespoon
butter
4
each
parsley sprigs
8-12
each
cherry tomatoes
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Press lemon-pepper seasoning evenly on both sides. In large frypan, place oil and heat to medium temp. Add chicken and cook, turning once about 7 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Remove chicken to warm serving platter; keep warm. In medium bowl, mix together vinegar, broth and garlic; add to frypan. Cook over medium-high, scraping up brown meat bits, about 2 minutes or until mixture is reduced and syrupy. Add butter; stir to melt. Place chicken on serving dish and spoon sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.

Roast chicken Mediterranean style. A relatively simple meal made with the goodness and health from the Mediterranean flavours. This recipe is made with fresh pasta, but you can make it with any pasta you like. It's the caramelisation of the vegetables fused with the Balsamic vinegar that creates and incredible flavour. The pasta is then transferred to the roasting pan to absorb not only the cramelised juices of the vegetables and Balsamic reduction, but the roast chicken juices. A rustic dish to entertain or serve for any meals.

Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken
Here is what you'll need!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound baby carrots
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 onion, sliced
1 pound green beans
fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pour olive oil and garlic in the bottom of a 6-qt slow cooker. Line the bottom with baby carrots, then place the chicken thighs over the carrots.
2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and vinegar. Top with sliced onion.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
5. Toss salad with dressing. Add tortilla chips to the sides of the bowls and enjoy!
