250 g Marinated herring; drained 1 c Potatoes; cooked, diced 1 c Beets; cooked, diced 2 Apples; chopped 1/2 c Dill pickles; chopped 1/2 sm Spanish onion; sliced
CREAM DRESSING:
1 c Whipping cream 1 tb White vinegar 1 ts Prepared mustard 1/2 ts Dillweed; dried 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Divide into individual servings and allow each person to apply dressing as desired.
