How To make Meatless Taco Filling
1 c Rice (white or brown)
6 Cloves garlic, minced
2 sm Onions, minced
1 cn Stewed tomatoes
1 cn Chopped green chiles
1 pk Taco seasoning
Prepare rice as usual. While rice is cooking, saute garlic and onions in a little water and cooking spray. When onions are slightly translucent, at chiles, and tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds, then add 1/4 c. water and taco seasoning. Cook for a few minutes, then add to rice. Serve with ff tortillas and your favorite taco toppings! "Jana L. 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1 cup diced tomatoes or pico de Gallo
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup tortilla strips or chips, optional
1 lime cut into wedges, to serve
Lime Crema:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lime juice, from 1 medium lime
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sriracha sauce, optional
