How To make Limas In Sour Cream
1 pk Lima beans; (10 oz frozen)
1 tb Butter (or marg.)
1 sm Onion; minced
pn Sugar 1/2 ts Basil leaves; crushed, dried
1/4 ts Savory
1 c Sour cream
Cook lima beans as directed on package; drain. Melt butter in a small saucepan; add onion, and sute over low heat until tender (about 5 minutes). Add sugar, basil, savory, and limas to onion; heat thoroughly. Stir in sour cream. Heat well, but do not boil. Serve hot. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, sometime in 1974. Today I'm going to show you how to make shrimp tacos quick and easy using baby shrimp that are already cooked.
We will marinate the shrimp for just a few minutes and then heat them in a pan till hot. This meal will be ready in no time but will really satisfy you.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. baby shrimp (cooked)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. chili polder
1/2 tap. cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
lemon for garnish
Lime Sour Cream Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
juice and zest of one lime
a handful of cilantro, chopped

Street taco meat:
• 2 lbs carne asada meat or flank steak (or chicken breast)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup cilantro , chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 Tbs honey
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt to taste
• Small fajita or street taco tortillas
• Queso fresco (optional)
Garlic lime sauce:
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 1 clove garlic , minced
• 2 Tbs lime juice
• 2 tsp lime zest
• 1 Tbls cilantro (Optional)
• Salt to taste
Pico de gallo
• 4 Medium Tomatoes
• 2 Tbls Finely diced jalapeno (optional)
• 1 Medium red onion
• 1 Cup chopped cilantro
• 3 Tbls Olive oil
• 3 Tbls Lime juice
• 1Tbls Apple cyder vinegar
• Salt to taste
