Simple salad with romaine lettuce ????
Maroulosalata: Greek Lettuce Salad
Maroulosalata basically translates to Lettuce Salad in Greek. It is a classic recipe that is made with thinly sliced lettuce, Scallions, fresh herbs like dill, parsley, and mint, and tossed in a bright vinaigrette. Simple yet so delicious and is the perfect complement to any main dish.

Ingredients
2 romaine lettuce hearts, thinly sliced
4-5 scallions, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
The Dressing:
• ½ cup (or less) good quality Greek olive oil
• 3-4 tablespoons red wine vinegar or lemon juice
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon dried crushed oregano
Instructions
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until emulsified. Set aside.
Combine all of the remaining salad ingredients together in a large bowl and top with the dressing. Toss together to coat.
Serve immediately with toasted bread. Enjoy.
Notes
Add some cucumbers and feta cheese to the salad for extra flavor.
Make the salad dressing up to a week ahead of time and keep it stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mix together and pour over the greens right before serving.

Lettuce Salad With Egg Recipe Ingredients:
1tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
1tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp honey or sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1tbsp mayonnaise
lettuce
2pcs tomatoes
1 medium size onion
45g cheese (Magnolia or Eden)
2 hard boiled eggs
dried basil leaves
Lettuce Salad With Egg Recipe Procedure:
In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar/lemon juice, olive oil, honey, pepper and salt.
See complete list of ingredients with exact measurement in the description box below.
Then add 1tbsp mayo, mix well and set aside.
Hard boil 2pcs eggs for 12-15mins.
Then place them in a bowl with normal water and let it cool down.
When it cools down, remove the eggshell and set aside.
Then chop and combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
Add the prepared salad sauce.
Add the sliced boiled eggs on top.
Lastly, garnish with dried basil leaves.

Korean Lettuce Salad (Sangchu-geotjeori: 상추겉절이)
Today I'm going to show my my all-time favorite fast and easy recipe for a quick, spicy salad that can be made from a head of lettuce.
When my napa cabbage kimchi gets old and sour, I sometimes crave a fresher kimchi that's not so aged. Sangchu-geotjeori is a bright, spicy, lightly seasoned lettuce salad that meant to be made and eaten eaten right away, not fermented like kimchi. But it's still spicy and tangy, like freshly made kimchi.
