Kimchi - Learn how to make this awesome dish very popular in Korean cuisine. -PekisKitchen
Just see a few ingredients and some unusual in our kitchen and we reject a recipe delicious and easy to construct. The kimchi is rather cold process that has been increasing new steps in its development to be taken by the international cuisine. If we see what we can we ordered not only perform this Kimchi but any dish for complicated as it may seem. I'm going to split in two this recipe and you will see how easy it is to: cucumbers and cod. Cucumbers: I take 1 1/2 medium size cut it as he saw in the video, without peel it, or steal her nothing, as he saw it. After I put in very salty water, you test and when you are right as well as the salt of the sea, achieving what is necessary. Clarified this because when i measures are lost because while they help some times other we complicate because maybe their cucumbers are larger or smaller than mine, but at the end of the day are cucumbers which are the recipe. We leave salting the cucumber and add 1/2 american cabbage or lettuce, that we are going to peel back before. In what are macerated in the brine, let's look at the ingredients that are going to complement: 2 tablespoons of chopped celery. 1Tablespoon of chopped cilantro. 1 Medium onion chopped 1 teaspoon of ginger powder. 1 Tablespoon chives. 1 Tablespoon of paste GaranMazala You can be in dust. That can be replaced by a curry spice and a dash of cinnamon powder. 4 Tablespoons of olive oil. 1Tablespoon of sesame oil. 1 Tablespoon of orange marmalade, which can be replaced with half a teaspoon of honey mixed with orange juice. 1 Tin medium spicy tomato cut into small pieces. Sauté all these ingredients that will be for the cucumbers and when I noticed that the mixture already begins to dry, remove from heat. Are Already given the main steps of that part, because when the cucumbers are rinsed and drained them we apply this delicious fried. Now we are going with the cod. Since then that you know how to interpret that i wanted to clarify what seems confusing and that we are short of time so that when you put the cucumbers to salar will also to the cod and to soak in what this process occurs is that we will create the conditions. Remember that in the case of the cod that there is change the water once in a while and test, not the water, but try a bit of the same. The claim is leave some salinity .... for that is Kimchi. Since we are now to the ingredients of this second part: 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 1 Tablespoon fish sauce. There is no sauce to marinate fish, it is fish and is Asian. 2 Tablespoons of sweet chili. 1 Teaspoon of mustard seeds. 1Teaspoon of sesame seeds. 1 Teaspoon of rice vinegar. 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste dissolved in a little bit of water. Sauté and once desalted, washing and escurrrido cod mixed with this sofrito in the fire. When I noticed that the cucumbers are salted, enjuajelos and drain. Now manually mix cucumbers and vegetables with the sofrito, trying to smear it completely. The obtained mixture pour the cod on the cucumbers and vegetables mixing also.
