How to Make a Beurre Blanc (Butter Sauce) | Chef Jean-Pierre
Hello There Friends, Today I'm going to show you all about BUTTER SAUCE or a Beurre Blanc! One of my Favorite Sauces to make.. obviously, SO MUCH BUTTER! This sauce is best served with a white fish, although it can be served with whatever you like. I'm sure it would be delicious! Easy Tuna Avocado Pasta Salad

Ingredients
For the pasta
· 8 cups water
· ½ tablespoon salt
· ½ teaspoon oil
· 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
· 260 grams Penne Rigate Pasta
For the dijon dressing
· ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
· ½ teaspoon garlic, minced (1 garlic clove)
· ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
· ¼ teaspoon dijon mustard
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
For the salad
· 1 cucumber, diced
· 2 tomatoes, diced
· 4 flat leaf lettuce, chopped/shredded
· ¼ cup red onion, diced
· 6 green olives
· 1 teaspoon capers
· 2 cans white tuna chunks, drained
· 1 avocado, diced
· 5 fresh basil leaves, sliced
· 5 sprigs fresh dill
Method
Step 1: Pour 8 cups of water into a pot followed by ½ tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil; stir and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente.
*Cook your pasta according to the package directions.
Step 2: To make the dressing, combine the olive oil, garlic, black pepper, mustard, salt and lemon juice; whisk together and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3: To make the salad, combine the cooked pasta followed by the cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red onion, olives, capers, canned tuna, avocado, basil, dill and dressing. Toss gently to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to eat and enjoy!
