The Most Delicious Lasagna You've Ever Tasted: How To Make Lasagna
Hi my dear foodies, my name is Maria. I am so grateful to have you here in my channel, I really appreciate you all. Hope everything is well with you.
In this video I am going to share a very delicious recipe that everyone in your family will enjoy. This dish is also great for holidays or any occasions.
INGREDIENTS;
( for meat sauce )
~ 1 lb. lean ground beef
~ 1 lb. Italian sausage
~ 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
~ 15 oz. tomato sauce
~ 12 oz. tomato paste
~ 1/2 of large sized onion finely chopped
~ 4 cloves of minced garlic
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
~ 1/2 cup beef broth or wine
~ 2 tbsp sugar
~ 1 tsp dried oregano
~ 1 tsp fennel seeds
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
( for ricotta mixture )
~ 30 0z. ricotta cheese
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
~ 1 large egg
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
You will also need,
~ 2-2 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
~ 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
PROCEDURE:
~ heat up a pot and add ground beef and sausage
~ break the meat and mix together, once ground meat is no longer red, add the finely chopped onion
~ when onion starts to fragrant, add minced garlic. Sauté for at least 3 minutes
~ add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, chopped basil, dried oregano, fennel seeds, sugar, beef broth, salt and pepper
~ mix all ingredients together. Cover and simmer in low heat for at least 2 to 4 hours. the longer you simmer your meat sauce the tastier it will be. Stir occasionally all the way to the bottom of the pot to avoid sticking.
~ meanwhile, you can also prepare the ricotta mixture
~ in a mixing bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg parsley, nutmeg and salt together ( cover and refrigerate)
~ if the meat sauce is almost done, cook 9 sheets of lasagna pasta to aldente
~ once pasta is ready, pour out hot water and wash pasta with cold water
~ pour cold water out and transfer pasta into a plate, overlap each sheets to avoid sticking together
~ when you are ready to make your lasagna, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
~ spread meat sauce in the bottom of 9 by 13 inches deep baking dish
~ lay 3 sheets of lasagna pasta, spread about a third amount of the ricotta mixture
~ spread shredded mozzarella then follow the meat sauce then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
~ repeat the same order for second layer
~ on your third layer, cover the top of meat sauce with mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese
~ spray a thin foil with cooking oil or butter so it doesn't stick on the cheese
~ cover the baking dish with the thin foil and bake for 25 minutes
~ remove the thin foil and bake for 25 minutes more to brown the cheese, 50 minutes in total
~ sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and let lasagna sit for 30 minutes before serving
~ serve and enjoy

Ingredients:
Chicken Filling:
-Oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 2
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Tamatar (Tomato) Chopped 2
-Tomato ketchup ½ cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Chicken stock or pani (water) ½ cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) Chopped 1 cup
White sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
Assembling:
-White sauce
-Lasagna sheets 12 boiled as per pack’s instructions
-Chicken filling
-White sauce
-Cheddar cheese 1 Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup or as required
-Dried oregano to sprinkle
Direction:
For Chicken Filling:
-In pan, add oil and onion (chopped) and garlic (chopped), sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chicken mince and sauté until mince changes color.
-Add tomatoes (chopped), tomato ketchup and mix well.
-Add salt,red chili crushed,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,tomato paste and chicken stock or water,cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum,mix and set aside.
For White sauce:
-In pan, add butter and let it melt, add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Gradually add milk and keep stirring and mix continuously.
-Add salt and white pepper powder and cook until sauce thickens.
For Assembling:
-Grease baking dish with oil or butter, spread white sauce, cover it with lasagna sheets, add chicken filling then again pour white sauce, sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
-Repeat the same process.
-Sprinkle cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or until cheese is golden brown.
-Chicken lasagna is ready.

-Chicken mince shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
-Tamatar (chopped) aur tomato ketchup dal ker mix karein.
-Namak,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed aur dried oregano,tomato paste aur chicken stock or pani dal ker 2-3 minute kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch shamil ker ka mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
For White sauce:
-Pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein,maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Namak aur safed mirch powder dal ker sauce garha hunay tak paka lein,side per rakh dein.
For Assembling:
-Baking dish ko oil or makhan sa grease karein,white sauce ko spread ker lein,lasagna sheets rakh dein,chicken filling dal ker upper sa dubara white sauce dal dein,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Yehe process dubara karein.
-Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur deried oregano sprinkle karein.
-180 C per 20-25 minutes ya cheese golden brown hunay tak bake ker lein.
-Chicken lasagna tayyar hai.

VEGAN PIZZA LASAGNA | Frey and Maria

We're also sharing our favorite homemade vegan cheese sauce for this recipe and it's oil-free! It's well worth the effort guys. Have a go and enjoy! ????????
VEGAN PIZZA LASAGNA ✨
INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs pre-cooked lasagna sheets
300 g firm tofu, crumbled
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 pc onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1.5 cup pasta sauce
1 cup baby spinach (optional)
VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cashew nuts
3/4 cup plant-based milk
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp miso paste
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Method
Prepare the Vegan Cheese Sauce:
Soak the cashews in boiling hot water for 30 minutes and set aside.
In a high-speed blender, add the cashews, plant-based milk, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, miso paste and cornstarch. Blend until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. In a medium-sized pot, cook the vegan cheese sauce for 5-8 minutes on medium heat and set aside.
Using a clean towel, pat dry your firm tofu to remove the excess water. After that, gently crumbled the tofu using your clean hands. Add it on a non-stick pan and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the garlic powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and BBQ sauce. Cook it for another 3-5 minutes. Transfer the cooked tofu in a bowl and set aside.
Using the same pan. sauté the onion, garlic, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and black olives. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes then set aside.
Assembly:
We use a 17 cm W x 17 cm L x 6 cm H casserole dish. Line the base of the casserole dish with 1/2 cup pasta sauce. Layer 2 lasagna sheets and evenly spread some vegan cheese sauce on top. Then add the pizza toppings, your crumbled tofu and sautéed veggies. Repeat the process until you make 3 layers. You can also add 1 cup of baby spinach in between, if you prefer.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
