Ingredients:
►2 1/5 cups bolognese sauce, preferably homemade
►12 lasagna noodles, instant oven ready preferred
►300g mozzarella cheese in brine, sliced
►3 cups low moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
►300g ricotta cheese
►50g freshly grated parmesan cheese
►2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
►Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
►Spread 1 cup meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
►Add a layer of noodles, about 4 noodles.
►Spread 1/2 cup of meat sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, place 100g sliced mozzarella and spoon on and spread 100g ricotta.
►Repeat until you have 3 layers of noodles and the last layer is the cheese layer.
►Top with parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
►Place in the oven and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes on until the cheese is golden brown.
►Let lasagna rest for 15 minutes before eating.

Ingredients:
-Water as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
-Mario’s Pasta Lasagne 12-16 sheets
Prepare White sauce:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Cream ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Prepare Red Sauce with Mince:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Qeema (Mince) Beef 500g (lean)
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 5 medium (approx. 2 Cups)
-Water ¼ Cup
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 10-12
Assembling:
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Dried oregano
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add,water,salt,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add mario’s pasta,lasagna and boil for 5-7 minutes then strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk,whisk well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,add black pepper powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,salt & whisk well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Red Sauce with Mince:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,tomato paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes and mix well.
-Add water,fresh basil leaves & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Assembling:
-In 9 x 9 inch baking dish,add & spread red sauce,place boiled lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!

-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho ajnay tak paka lein.
Assembling:
-9 x 9 inch baking dish mein red sauce dal ker pheela lein,boiled lasagna sheets laga lein,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed dal dein.

The Most Delicious Lasagna You've Ever Tasted: How To Make Lasagna
Hi my dear foodies, my name is Maria. I am so grateful to have you here in my channel, I really appreciate you all. Hope everything is well with you.
In this video I am going to share a very delicious recipe that everyone in your family will enjoy. This dish is also great for holidays or any occasions.
INGREDIENTS;
( for meat sauce )
~ 1 lb. lean ground beef
~ 1 lb. Italian sausage
~ 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
~ 15 oz. tomato sauce
~ 12 oz. tomato paste
~ 1/2 of large sized onion finely chopped
~ 4 cloves of minced garlic
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
~ 1/2 cup beef broth or wine
~ 2 tbsp sugar
~ 1 tsp dried oregano
~ 1 tsp fennel seeds
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
( for ricotta mixture )
~ 30 0z. ricotta cheese
~ 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
~ 1 large egg
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
You will also need,
~ 2-2 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
~ 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
PROCEDURE:
~ heat up a pot and add ground beef and sausage
~ break the meat and mix together, once ground meat is no longer red, add the finely chopped onion
~ when onion starts to fragrant, add minced garlic. Sauté for at least 3 minutes
~ add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, chopped basil, dried oregano, fennel seeds, sugar, beef broth, salt and pepper
~ mix all ingredients together. Cover and simmer in low heat for at least 2 to 4 hours. the longer you simmer your meat sauce the tastier it will be. Stir occasionally all the way to the bottom of the pot to avoid sticking.
~ meanwhile, you can also prepare the ricotta mixture
~ in a mixing bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg parsley, nutmeg and salt together ( cover and refrigerate)
~ if the meat sauce is almost done, cook 9 sheets of lasagna pasta to aldente
~ once pasta is ready, pour out hot water and wash pasta with cold water
~ pour cold water out and transfer pasta into a plate, overlap each sheets to avoid sticking together
~ when you are ready to make your lasagna, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
~ spread meat sauce in the bottom of 9 by 13 inches deep baking dish
~ lay 3 sheets of lasagna pasta, spread about a third amount of the ricotta mixture
~ spread shredded mozzarella then follow the meat sauce then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
~ repeat the same order for second layer
~ on your third layer, cover the top of meat sauce with mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese
~ spray a thin foil with cooking oil or butter so it doesn't stick on the cheese
~ cover the baking dish with the thin foil and bake for 25 minutes
~ remove the thin foil and bake for 25 minutes more to brown the cheese, 50 minutes in total
~ sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and let lasagna sit for 30 minutes before serving
~ serve and enjoy
