Later, Jews fleeing Eastern Europe for the United States ended up remaining in Cuba for its warm climate and economic opportunities. That all changed with Castro's revolution in 1959. Today, the once large Jewish community of Jewbanos is mostly situated in Miami. In this video, Joan demonstrates a Cuban take on a traditional Eastern European dessert.

This makes it simple to keep track of your daily intake. You may decide to replace lunch, for example. When you get home, simply write down the calorie total for lunch.
Disadvantages

Earlier in 2014 we launched our 'Community Cooks' Competition giving our Central England Co-operative customers the chance to share their most-loved, home cooked recipes.
We invited Joan from Stafford to our test kitchen to re-create this delicious dish! Here’s how she got on with our chef!

Full Ingredients and Method are listed below:
Ingredients:
3lbs cooking apple
30 ounces of plain flour
3 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp salt
24 ounces of butter
12 ounces soft brown sugar
Method:
Pre heat oven to 170c
Melt the 24 ounces of butter in large sauce pan; add all dry ingredients to melted butter. Put half the mixture into a greased and lined 14x9 inch baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover base with stewed apples then top with remaining oat mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes, (the texture looks quite dry when it’s ready)
