Forest Floor Mushroom Cake - Gelatin Art

This creamy mushroom jelly cake was created in delicious fruit-flavored jelly.
Clear jelly is made with sweet and tangy fruit flavors (Strawberry, Apple, Pineapple, Mango, etc.) You don't have to have color in the jelly to accomplish great, refreshing flavor!
The shapes are made from milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, gelatin and food color (optional).
Use more cocoa to make chocolate mushrooms without food coloring.

So i created this beach version of my island cake.Hope you will love this too as the island jelly cake. Here You can find the recipes for my easy two ingredients Chocolate Mousse and the coconut flavored gelatin. For the Moss cake I followed a recipe from Alisa's Sweet Dreams - (Thank you Alisa ❤️)

You can use any cake cake or mousse for this.Make sure to cover everything in melted chocolate or ganache to prevent the cakes getting soggy from the water.
