How To make New Jello Cake
3/4 c Water
1 3 oz box lemon jello
4 Eggs
1 Box lemon cake mix
3/4 c Crisco oil
Juice of 2 lemons 2 c Powdered sugar
Mix water, Jello and eggs. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add cake mix; beat 2 more minutes. Add Crisco oil; blend 1 to 2 minutes. Bake in greased 9 x 13" cake pan 40 to 45 minutes @ 325 degrees. While cake is still warm, poke small holes in top. Mix together lemon juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle into holes and on top of cake.

1 sachet(25g) White unflavored jelly powder
1 can(370ml) Evaporated milk
1 can(390g) Chocolate condensed milk
2 to 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
4 pcs.(140g) Goya Chocolate
1/4 cup Sugar (add if necessary)
For Garnish:
Desiccated coconut(Optional)

You can use any cake cake or mousse for this.Make sure to cover everything in melted chocolate or ganache to prevent the cakes getting soggy from the water.

Jello Pudding Cake - Bringing Back A Classic Favorite
In this video I bring back a classic favorite (from the 60s or 70s) that is so good, that I can't believe it has practically disappeared online. Luckily, I found it in my mother's recipe box. Once you try this recipe you will wonder how you got along without it, especially in the summer heat.
Pudding Cake
Ingredients:
1 Stick Margarine 1 9.0z, Cool Whip
1 Cup Chopped Pecans 1 Cup. Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Flour 1 Pkg. (small) Vanilla Pudding (Instant)
1-8 oz Cream Cheese 1 Pkg. (small) Choc. Pudding
1 Hershey Bar 4 cups milk (use 3 cups for firmer pudding)
Mix the margarine, chopped pecans and flour and at into oblong, pan, Bake 20 min @ 350°. Cool.
Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup of the Cool Whip, and 1 cup powdered sugar and spread on crust.
Then Mix as on the package instructions the vanilla and chocolate pudding and spread over the
cream cheese mixture. Spread rest of the Cool Whip on top. Grate 1 Hershey bar on top.
Keep refrigerated and covered with plastic wrap.

INGREDIENTS
Cake Layer
1/2 box yellow cake mix +half of ingredients called for on the box
4 large eggs optional
1/2 cup white sugar optional
1/2 cup all-purpose flour optional
Filling Layer
6 ounces strawberry jello
8 ounces whipped cream or topping
12 fresh strawberries halved
Mirror Glaze
3 ounces strawberry jello
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease the bottom of a 13x9 glass baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add 6 oz strawberry jello and 2 cups of boiling water. Stir slowly for one minute to dissolve. Then stir in 1 cup of cold water and set aside to cool.
[Cake Mix] In a medium bowl, prepare the cake batter according to the instructions on the box. [OR Homemade] In a medium bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy, then fold in flour until blended.
Pour cake batter into evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan at least 30 minutes.
While the cake is cooling, mix the partially set jello with the whipped cream in a medium bowl. Once the cake is cool, spread the filling evenly across the cake. Rap the pan on the counter a few times to help level the filling.
Arrange strawberry halves on top of the filling, approx. 4 widthwise by 5 lengthwise. Chill for 1 hour or until mousse is set; meanwhile, make the mirror topping.
In a medium bowl, combine 3 oz jello with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and let cool about 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the fridge. Carefully pour jello over the back of a spoon across the top of the filling and over the strawberries. Chill one more hour to set. Serve and enjoy!
