cut and drained 1/2 C Chopped Pecans :
<DRESSING> 1/2 C Pineapple Juice 1/4 C Sugar 2 tbsp Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar FOR THE SALAD: Whip cream and stir all ingredients together. Add cooled dressing, and regrigerate overnight. FOR THE DRESSING: Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool before adding to the salad.
